We’ve lived in Temecula for 9 yrs now and have been coming here on nights when cooking just isn’t in the cards. However, our past few experiences have led us to believe that it’s under new management while corporately owned! Our orders have continued to be wrong, items omitted, food not quality, and the store dirty (see picture of workers break table). They consistently screw up my kids orders and their quesadillas seem to never be cooked, requiring us to cook them at home hahaha for paying customers that’s not how the transaction is supposed to work! Don’t think we’ll be returning to this location for a while until they change the way they do business!

I came to this Chipotle around 1:45 p.m. and the experience was disappointing. They were completely out of chicken and only started grilling more after I ordered. The salad was wilted and when I asked for black beans, I was given pinto instead. The overall feeling was that customers just have to take whatever is available rather than being served what they order. Kinda crazy you go somewhere to get decent amount of protein and they are out of it.
The person in charge seemed aggravated and short with both staff and customers, which added to the negative atmosphere. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue heremy last visit was about six months ago, and now I remember why I haven’t returned sooner. To add insult to injury, no toilet paper in the bathroom and no paper towels. Why am I not surprised?

Getting really disappointed with Chipotle. the servings are much smaller and the staff is very dry, they don’t smile like they have before. they don’t seem happy and it shows. they are not rude or anything like that. I just remember them always very cheerful and pleasant in the past.

My son and I didn’t feel well after eating here. Also the place is pretty dirty with the trash cans over flowing, the bathroom I went into didn’t have toilet paper and it was pretty skanky. I was at this Chipotle about three months ago and it was was way better then.

I should’ve read reviews before choosing this location. Clearly they have their issues regarding understaffing, under preparedness, and overall lower quality compared to others.
To start there was no white rice, no chips, and no ice in the drink dispenser. This was still 2 hours before closing time.
I ordered a a bowl, cheese quesadilla, drink and chips it was $35..
I thought there was no way until realizing they charged for double chicken +$4 (which we didn’t get) and the quesadilla was $10.50, which if you look at the photos, you’ll see why I am disappointed in that. Looks like I was missing half of it. And they forgot my sides for it and had to ask for them when going back in.
Had I known this situation going in, I would obviously made better choices.

I like choosing Chipotle since I can customize my meal and the food is always good. The servers at the food station were friendly. Cashier needs more training. Could not do math for customer before me when given extra pennies to reduce change. Wasn’t paying attention and bagged mine when it was for here and gave me a large cup, to which I told him I didn’t ask for a drink.

You guys are the absolute worst. Every time we order food from you there’s never a correct order. And when we reach out to get it corrected through your terrible website we get a bag of chips or a free kids meal… you mess up multiple items in the order and you correct it with some weak item that is not equivalent to the number of items that were incorrect. Your food isn’t exactly cheap please do better.

Went to Chipotle on Temecula Parkway last night and I was hoping maybe this time it would be different. But it was just as dirty and slow as every other time I have been in there. Im actually impressed by their consistency in lack of care! It wasn’t even busy. 5-6 staff yet not one if them seemed to notice or care how dirty it was. Every table was dirty and the floor had stuff all over. Notice the soda cup from a gas station sitting on their pickup rack! ♂️Who manages this place? It’s not like it’s a recent issue either. Management must not care at all. Very sad.

I reordered the entree I normally get and they completely messed up every single ingredient. Like I understand one or two but how do you mess up EVERY SINGLE Ingredient. This is the second time this incident has occurred at this specific location. DONT COME HERE IF YOU ORDER ONLINE. THEY GIVE LESS THAN ANY OTHER ONE. IF YOU REALLY WANT A LOT GO TO THE ONE ON YNEZ ROAD RIGHT NEXT TO COSTCO. THEY GAVE ME SO MUCH FOR AN ONLINE ORDER.
