My family and I enjoy chipotle and regularly go. It’s good and sometimes they give decent meat portions . Today (9/5/25) I was given a very light portion chicken in my burrito and the steak bowls had literally a handful of steak. To top it off my daughter and I both almost ate the skin of the avocado. I hardly ever leave reviews . Chipotle needs a leadership revamp.

The manager refused to give me more than one vinaigrette dressing for my bowl. I offered to pay for it, she said it’s one per bowl. I’ve always asked for two because they NEVER fill them more than 1/4-1/3 full. It takes 2-3 of them to equal a full one. Is Chipotle that hard up? Or is the manager super controlling and just in the business of bad customer service? Very frustrating! If you don’t like your job, please QUIT!!

If you’re a person like me who values your health and time on this planet, it’s probably best to eat elsewhere. By the time you’re up next to be served, you likely could have died, reincarnated, and gotten back in line with more hope than last time. Not only that, this place also seems to be interested in giving you some kind of food poisoning, because they have consistently served me undercooked or completely raw poultry from the line. Dining here and getting quality food is less likely than winning big at the casino. Don’t eat here!

Always come here, always out of stuff…today they were out of steak, chicken, and they were going to serve me some dried scraps of Barbacoa. Just walked out didn’t dare to ask if they had some on the to go food prep area because last time I asked when they where out of the Pico de Gallo I got all kinds of attitude.No wonder stock is down 15% today alone. Although I love Chipotle, my experience with the customer service today (6/7 at 5:24 pm) was disappointing. The staff member, a chubby Hispanic female, who was preparing my food seemed irritated when I asked for extra rice. When I requested sauces, she ignored me and continued making the bowl. My order was simple—rice, beans, chicken, and salsa.
While she was wrapping my burrito, I asked for corn. She was distracted, talking to another worker, and didn’t respond. When I repeated my request, she appeared annoyed, reopened the burrito, added the corn, and closed it again. I thanked her loudly, but she rolled her eyes, ignored me, and pushed my food to the cashier without a word.
In contrast, the cashier was friendly and immediately got the vinaigrette I requested, acknowledging my thanks with a smile.
I didn’t make a fuss at the moment, but I believe the person who served me could benefit from training on customer interaction or consider a different job. She should learn from the cashier.

On 06/11/2023 I stopped at this location Chipotle to take my lunch, and I ordered a burrito
Then I went to go park somewhere safe because I was working. I deliver gas at Walmart just across Chipotle
So I started eating my burrito, and when when I took my third or fourth bite of the burrito, a piece of metal that was inside the burrito broke my tooth. I made a report and everything and it’s almost been a year since the accident never did nothing about this experience that I have never experienced before.

Update; someone from the restaurant told me to contact their customer service about this review and I did, But all I got was a “I’m sorry that was your experience I will make sure your food is warmer next time.” From Mark, a customer service rep. Not even a hey about $2 off your next meal. Nothing. Just a hey, we’re sorry you blew $35 for cold meat. Unreal.

First time ever at Chipotle, and at this location. I never cared to try it but I decided to try it today, and well.. the food was good tasting, except it wasn’t very hot. My chicken wasn’t hot and neither was the cilantro lime rice. Nor was my hubby’s steak bowl with the rice, beans and cheese, pico de Gallo, lettuce, and guacamole I paid $11 for. None of it was hot as food should have been; hot and fresh. Presentation was very sloppy as the young woman piled it on top of each other. She was sloppy and smashed one of the lids to hell when she put it on the plate. just careless and in a rush. There was no one behind me in line. There was all of 4 people eating in the place at that time, so I don’t understand that, because it wasn’t packed. Over all, I’d say, way too much food and way too overpriced. Taste was great after we warmed it up at home, but for me, just too much in one serving for one person. Overall, service wasn’t good. They rush you along like it’s their last few moments living. Some patience and a smile maybe, and making the food presentable is more likely to bring a customer back. All in all, 2 bowls, 2 sodas was $35. No thanks. And the atmosphere was terrible. Not a single thing to look at in there. It’s like having lunch inside a box. Never again.
