We haven’t been to Chipotle since we lived in Corona a few years ago. The food was good..quick service at the time I went there. Around 9pm. The prep station was a little messy. Understand because there was only 1 guy that was working behind the counter. Got the food to go.

I mainly use the pick up window and order through the app. Food is always pretty good from here very flavorful. Love getting the burrito bowl. Their a little generous with other toppings like lettuce but for the chicken and beef their skimping hard. Theirs not even a whole scoop ever, literally find like 5 cubes in my bowl. The staff at the window are always nice and helpful.

Paid $5 extra for double protein for a pick up order and only got 1 serving. I know what double chicken looks like. It sucks how much chipotle’s quality and customer service has gone down. Basically unless they make your order while you are in front of them they will try to skimp you to increase profits.

Always making mistakes and male window worker says nothing when you pull up or during the whole interaction and waits for you to speak first. Pickup lane Bowls are sloppily made, sour cream poured all on one side, beans tucked all the way on the other side with no equal balance. My friend was given the wrong order on ubereats, tag and name were correct on the bowl sticker, but the food inside was a totally different order.

Almost every time I go here, something is wrong with the food. Don’t mobile order because then you won’t see what they’re doing wrong. Last trip I ate half my bowl, but I ate all the meat because they clearly didn’t give enough meat. Huge piece of pepper in the fajitas, not great quality control.

I go to Chipotle a lot. I went to LE location this last Tuesday at 11am. Corn was frozen. Brown rice wasn’t cooked correctly. And to top it off the feminine guy who rang me up was rude.

This is by far the worst Chipotle restaurant I have been to. I went in this morning a few minutes after they opened. They did not acknowledge me by greeting me let alone telling me they would be with me shortly. The seats were dirty, there was no brown rice or red salsa but worst of all the chicken was burnt and hard. STAY AWAY!

If you want rations, this is the place! Servings are small! Very dirty seating area, wow. I told the girl at the register about the floor being wet and someone can slip and fall. I ate my full meal lol and she never went to clean up the 2 water spills and no one else did either. Smh Sometimes we just do things because they are right!! Take initiative kid!
