· came to order their steak bowl for additional reward points on July 4th (about 200 extra)
· was exactly 13.00$ USD as of July 2025 with tax included
· really loved their carne asada (limited menu)
· i got their extra rice + corn + cheese for no cost
· three delicious sauces (green + red + sour cream) on the side so it doesnt soggy the white rice
· meat was delicious but their cilantro white rice were still clumped together
· other ingredients such as lettuce + fajita vegetables tasted fresh and filled to the top
· in person more portion than ordering online (really appreciate them giving more when i say extra)
tldr: would come again if they have more promotions available
I approached the staff to explain the situation, and the woman I believe is the manager tried to convince me that it was just the sauce that was cold. However, the vegetables were also really cold. I didn’t want to cause a scene, so I decided to give it another try, but I still couldn’t eat it. That’s when my friend mentioned that his food was cold, too.
I went back to speak to the manager again, but she just repeated the same explanation over and over. Ultimately, I’m disappointed and won’t be returning to this location. They did offer to remake the burritos, but by that point, it was too late for me and my friends. Being argumentative does not make someone a good manager or employee. It’s disheartening that she tried to blame me, suggesting that adding corn to my burrito was the issue.
If you have kids, you must try their kids meal, my 2 boys are fans.
Don’t know when I’ll go back because after ordering a steak bowl with the fajita topping (grilled bell peppers, onions, etc..) and it costing over $11 for the bowl, when I got home and started to eat, on our about my 3rd/4th bite in I noticed there was still a produce sticker on a piece of a bell pepper.
Not a huge deal until I started thinking about it with the cost being what it is and then wondering if the vegetables were properly washed/prepped and then if something as simple as a sticker slipped by and made it through cooking and into my meal what else might have thus leading me to inspect every other part of the meal before I proceeded to eat, I had lost my appetite. I know not a huge deal and I probably psyched myself out over a party of a produce sticker but when I pay over $11 for a meal I shouldn’t feel the need to inspect every bite I’m about to take. Things happen I get it but I wish it would have happened to someone else because I’m now hungry…. lol.
