I ordered a salad today. I noticed through the glass the lettuce didn’t look good, but I told myself maybe it was the lights. Nope, it was old. Chicken and steak was awful, had to feed it to my dogs. Beans weren’t even good. What a waste of money. Oh, bad service too. No one smiles, people just standing around. I will never go there again

This Chipotle is fine. It’s a smaller store than some, and I’ve found it to be slightly less busy at the times I tend to go, so that’s fine with me. It has the same problem most Chipotles have, that the minimalist interview design is echoey and loud inside, I don’t know how the workers can stand it for a whole shift, but whatever. But my biggest gripe is putting all of the spiciest salsa in one tiny spot in my bowl, and not distributing it evenly.

We purchased burrito bowls and, as we approached the end of the line, learned they were out of lettuce. WHAT? I and many others in line were shocked. Most people eat at Chipotle for the fresh and healthy ingredients, of which lettuce is a key part. Though running out of supplies is a clear indication of incompetence, it happens. But when there’s a grocery store right next door, there’s really no excuse. When I offered my disappointment, the very rude girl behind the counter informed me there was a sign at the beginning of the line and on the front door. But that sign didn’t say “we’re out of lettuce,” it says “Romaine Calm” in large, bold letters, and then goes on to explain that they’re out of lettuce in the fineprint below. I guarantee you nobody is reading that fineprint in the few seconds it takes to enter the building. And I know that for a fact because everybody in line was shocked. How about trying to create a sign that’s informative, instead of trying to be cute. Had we known they were out of lettuce when we entered the restaurant, we would have left immediately. I have seen many times where restaurants make a trip to the store to purchase ingredients before ever telling a customer they’re out of something. That’s what forward thinking businesses who care about their customers do. I’m sure it costs more, but that’s what you do to accommodate your customers. I eat at this Chipotle all the time but, after this experience, I won’t be going back. I refuse to give my business to companies that are stuck on stupid.

5 people working and only half the food made to make a burrito.. but they didn’t care probably because they were too busy thinking about which color they were going to dye their hair and what new piercing they were getting in their face.

We’ve ordered via the app twice and both times, items were missing. The first time it was a drink and some chips. This time it was chips, a drink, and the two tortillas that are supposed to come with the kids meal. I didn’t give a 1 star because the food itself is good. The employees need to do a better job of checking orders before they go out the door. I rather wait longer and get a complete order, than have it rushed with missing items.

Great food they really stepped up. However I gave 4 stars because the main dining hall and tables were dirty. When there is competition down the road I believe management at this restaurant needs to try harder when it comes to cleanliness.
