Not sure why the reviews are so bad here. Maybe there was a change in the kitchen? This was the best chipotle I’ve had in a long time. Just leaving a review so I can reference the location in the future. Salad was fresh, salsa was fresh, veggies were perfectly stewed, meat was tender with a solid marinade.

The food was good as usual. They were out of both chicken and steak. The guy making the bowls was super nice but must have been new. Once our food was done, we stood at the register for 8-10 minutes waiting for someone to charge us for the food. Numerous people walked by but none of them acknowledged that we were there waiting.
All the priority was focused on the drive through.
Looking at their other reviews, I see why they have a low 3 star overall rating.

Overall this place was a disappointment. No acknowledgement when walking in and they had a line despite there being at least 6 people on shift. The blonde male who took our order had the worst attitude about everything and gave the skimpiest portions. I know chipotle has been under fire recently for under serving their portions but this employee really took it to a whole other level. When I asked for corn the bin was practically empty and served me the 6 kernels that were left. As I was going to ask him to get a new tub so I could actually get corn on my bowl he quickly pushed my order over to the cashier and started working on someone else bowl. I used to work in food service so I know everyone has their bad days but to think I’m paying almost 17 dollars a bowl, I want it made correctly at least. The whole staff were not friendly and started closing duties and closing off portions of the store at 7pm(they close at 10), like cmon. The tall brunette male that was working on the drive thru orders was the only one who seemed with it and was actually nice. I live closet to the store on orange but have heard horror stories about that one so made the trip out to this one, how disappointing.

I bit into my steak quesadilla and there was a hair across my tounge, I spit it out. I went to rip off the piece where the hair was, only to find another hair in it!! Needless to say I did not eat the rest of it. Terrible.

Went to order on the app. Clearly a not well designed app. More emphasis on whaf i wanted to tip the workers. Hey if I’m ordering a to go to pick up, don’t “beg” for a tip. I cancelled my order and went elsewhere

Chicken flavor/taste is inconsistent, sometimes its too salty.
Whoever is training employees on grilling the meats needs to teach them on consistency when it comes to grilling seasoning that meat.
Also the man handling to-go orders with dark hair and a beard always seems to have a bad attitude. Not the best employee to have working the drive through.

The portions were pretty small for the price, and the restaurant was extremely hot inside. Not the best experience this time.

Terrible experience at this location through the digital pickup line. Food was cold and 35 minutes late. Spent over $50 for a disappointing dinner. Our white rice was plain (missing cilantro) and the crispy tacos were soggy and falling apart.

This young lady is very rude. Impatient and should not be working in such busy restaurant with people. Will make sure to never stop at this place. So uncomfortable when someone is hurrying you up smiling at other co workers because she doesn’t like that we are kindly asking for more stuff. I was afraid to go ask for something else since she just ignored me.

Ordered Barbacoa Burrito, Jasmine host didn’t put enough protein in it,all I taste was the guacamole, cheese and lettuce .I told her make it dry but when I eat it it’s so messy and wet.
Chips are not well cooked it’s chewed.
Paid over $20 for my meal and not happy about it.
Cashier doesn’t even look at you eye to eye and never smile lol.
Definitely not coming back.
