I stop at this location at least once a week to get lunch while at work. The food is fantastic and everyone there is so nice!! The manager is one of the nicest gals I’ve ever met and I’d bet the wonderful staff is partly due to how kind she is! I brought my wife with me once for dinner, not in my work uniform, and the manager remembered me and our conversation about how I wanted to get my wife to try the food because I loved it so much. If the staff reads this review, it’s your “bug lady” customer and I hope your corporate office sees this and all the reviews I send directly to them!

I’ve kept my mouth shut for too long. Today was the final straw. This place hasn’t even been open a year and the reviews are rough. Wonder why? Here’s one reason. The small white kid that works the line is the most unkind service worker I’ve ever had serve me. Not only does he not say a word beyond his “chipotle” script of “rice, beans, protein…”, he gives half scoops of protein and will charge double when you ask for a little bit more. Like this coming out of his paycheck? AND THEN the double charge goes to waste because the chicken was undercooked. Which may or may not be his fault, but how do you not recognize that? I so hope no body else ate that because food poisoning is begging to happen. I’m lucky I saw it after one bite. And yes, HR has been notified.

Went last week to try the chicken al pastor. When I asked for it,he went to the side and came back with a little cup full. I was thinking immediately I made a mistake. That was the grossest burrito I ever got from there. I took maybe 4 bites and threw 10$ away. Last time I went to those location it was bad. I’m driving to Redlands from now on. I won’t waste money on disgusting tasting food. The employees were OK..nothing special

This is what my bowl looked like when delivered . There was hardly any salsa , a dot of sour cream and a pinch of cheese. This place needs to get it together, I didn’t pay to have an extreme small amount of topping . Was horrible.
