I never see that a small quantity of food is mentioned to the cashier. When I complain she tries to explain but it doesn’t make sense. The customer always wants more food. If we are paying 12 dollars, we need enough food. It’s not right this happened in evening shift 09-06-2025

I always hope to get a normal portion, but every time I come here it’s way too small. Please, tell your team to serve proper portions — a lot of people are saying the same thing in reviews.
What surprises me the most is that when someone makes a mistake in an order, they just throw away the whole bowl into the trash without hesitation, but when it comes to my order, it feels like they’re afraid to give even a full scoop.
You can see in the photo — just a few pieces of chicken, some beans and a bit of cheese. I really like Chipotle, but it’s frustrating when you pay full price and leave still hungry. Please pay attention to this, it’s becoming a common issue.

Check your food before you leave because employees here aren’t doing there job properly. I’m a truck driver who orders on the App and multiple times I pick up my food it’s not even complete. This time half the bowl was empty. Last time they didn’t leave utensils. How are you supposed to eat your food on the go if they don’t even give you a damn spoon and when they do half your food is gone?!?

I been coming here years , the place was a mess , short on food, in the 2 girls in front gossip about customers. Not helping micro management, while I single out this young man Steven. Which manage two serve out dileverys by himself, and still manage to whip tables in fountain drink station. While the same girl in counter talking still talking hasn’t moved from same spot . Purchased a chicken bowl and it had multiple pieces of Carne Asada. I have major negative effects when consuming meat I spoke with the Manager Alondra Osorio I was told “we cannot guarantee cross contamination” they refused to issue refund do to payment card not on hand. Manager was extremely insensitive in regards to the situation and the rest of the team acted very childish to a serious situation.

I like Chipotle! This Chipotle’s chips were not fresh! These chips were not “Lovingly” at all! Moisture had hit them and they did not have a crunch or crispy. The guacamole was also not as fresh! What is going on with your sides? I had a chicken bowl and that was okay not the best but okay!

I always have issues when I come to this location. I waited over 10 minutes past my pick up time to say something about my order not being on the shelf’s and they had it behind the counter all this time. Not to mention the obvious small portions and sloppy work. Also their customer service is nonexistent. Employees were joking around not paying attention.

And if it’s through Doordash, like this was… its even worse.
no brown rice, no “lettuce”, didn’t follow the directions on the lid…
Looks more like a white rice bowl, rather than a veggie salad.
Used leaves of something idk, … like they aren’t even trying anymore.
Oh and the rice was under cooked, again…
