I’ve been a long-time fan of Chipotle, but my experience at this specific location was truly disappointing. The portion sizes were noticeably smaller than usual, the meat was undercooked, and everything tasted far too salty. It felt like no care was taken in preparing the food. Unfortunately, the quality at this branch has gone from bad to worse.
To make matters worse, the staff seemed rushed and inattentive, which only added to the negative experience. I expected better from a brand like Chipotle.
I won’t be returning to this location, and I hope management takes serious steps to improve both food quality and customer service.

Tables were messy, not wiped down. Trash/recycle bins full. Bathrooms needed servicing. Food was okay. Far different than the last time we were here three months ago.

I’m sorry I had to give this review. I had been telling my husband how good this place is and although the food was ok the corn salad was frozen the man’s service was not professional

I made an online order and got a full bowl. The food tasted great and the guac I ordered on the side was fresh and tasty. I hadn’t been to chipotle in over a year so I was glad to see the portion sizes remained fairly the same. I know this place has lots of one star reviews but I was happy with my purchase.

The way this food was prepared was just ridiculous. There was 1-2 pieces of steak per taco, a slop of sour cream, and a sprinkle of lettuce. Completely unacceptable. The least they could do was stuff it with lettuce and pretend they were doing their job right but they didn’t even bother to do that much. As a business owner, I would want to know and put a stop to this behavior but judging from other similar reviews nothing is being done. Do not order delivery from this location unless you want to pay over $5 for an empty taco shell.

Long lines and only 1 server. I asked the manager who was at the cash register if she had anyone else that could help and she said no. Finally she started helping to prepare the meals but seemed to have an attitude. I just didn’t understand how this establishment has a long line of customers and she didn’t think to help because there was no customers at the register that would have prevented her from assisting the young lady that was preparing the meals. I will not be returning to this Chipotle again.

I wish I could give zero stars… if you’re vegetarian or vegan, don’t trust this place with your pick-up order or mobile delivery. I ordered from this place through DoorDash for the 3rd time tonight (shame on me for not learning my lesson the 2nd time) and I always order sofritas because of a health condition that limits the amount of cholesterol I can consume (familial hypercholesterolemia). Each time I’ve ordered the sofritas, I’ve found at least 3 separate pieces of carne asada in my bowl, two smaller pieces on one side, and a large (over 2” piece) on the other side. It’s happened all 3 times I’ve ordered from this location, so I can no longer write it off as an accident. I don’t know who’s trying to put red meat into the bowl of someone who’s ordering tofu, but it’s seriously unprofessional and dangerous as not everyone who eats vegan/vegetarian does it for ethical reasons, some eat it for health reasons. For managers/staff that read these reviews, my order was through DoorDash on 10/11/25 placed at 7:05pm total was $23.78 if you’d like to review the store footage of the food being made.

Staff was serving small food portions. She tossed the rice in the bowl and some fell out. She didn’t add more. Dirty look when I asked for more. They rushed everyone ordering with 3 hour until closing. Staff was very rude. 11/25/25 at 7:45pm.
