Extremely disappointed with this location. I ordered the Sam’s High Protein Tacos through the app expecting a proper portion, but the tacos were barely filled—definitely not even half full. I only have a 30-minute lunch break, so I didn’t have time to go back and fix it. For a “high protein” item, this was completely unacceptable and not worth the price. I’ve had these tacos elsewhere and this was far below the usual quality. Very frustrating, and I’m hesitant to order from this location again.

I had the spicy chicken ramen it was delicious. The broth was absolutely flavorful. I also tried a broth that is made from peanuts and it was surprisingly delicious as well. I highly recommend the ramen. I also ordered a lychee mango lemonade which was so so good and refreshing. I don’t enjoy sweet drinks and this lemonade was not very sweet, the balance of flavors was on point. Their character buns were very good and a hit with my daughters. The wait was a bit long, so be ready for that but the wait is worth it. There’s plenty of parking and inside the restaurant’s aesthetic is awesome. Our waitress was very friendly and provided excellent customer service, her assistance was very much appreciated. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We had a delicious meal from here as part of a fundraiser for Guajome Park Academy Girls’ Volleyball. They made it so easy to help support some of our favorite people. I was able to order ahead for all of us, and my son picked up the order with no problem. Having to code for the fundraiser is such a game changer. For those concerned about smaller portions when ordering online, my bowl was full to the brim and so delicious. I got to have two meals from it. Thanks for doing it right, Chipotle!

Horrible Customer Service. I tried to order one taco with the tortilla on the side. I was told I had to have tortilla first and the additions added to it. I indicated that I wanted the tortilla on the side so when I got home I could assemble my taco and I didn’t want my tortilla soggy or falling apart. I was refused service. I have on several occasion order my taco to go like this without a problem. I left the location and I will take my business somewhere that accommodates loyal customers.

The food was good, the usual taste. But when ringing up my meal, they were charging me more for something because it was in two baskets. I’m sure it was a harmless mistake, but it was annoying. And I personally feel like their guacamole uncharged is a rip-off. The company is already making a ton of revenue on each item. It seems like a steep uncharge. Yes, the world is expensive, but when did every business owner become so greedy.

Rudest employees and manager I’ve ever experienced. First off I was waiting in line to ask just a simple question and when I was ready to ask the guy walked clear away from me. Ignoring my voice.
Also the manager gave me and my friend clear attitude and prejudice. Judging us from the beginning. Nasty atmosphere. Need to work on attitude and professionalism. We won’t stand for anything less than great customer service.
