First of all “attitude!!!” The service persons were very pushy and forcibly rushing to build your bowl, wrap or whatever salad. When we asked for more lettuce, the server grabbed another small handful of lettuce and threw it atop the already small amount of lettuce already in the bowl. When we asked for sour cream, the server quickly plopped a large scoop atop the salad before we could say, “on the side”. They did offer to re-make our bowl again. We accepted it as it was.
We went here to try their new advertised “Red Chimichurri”. First off, they had already run out of “carne asada” and this was at 11:30am. The server/s offered chicken, biria, pork and their tofu stuff. Right next to those was the “steak” when I asked, “what’s that”, while pointing to it in the steam table. Duh, offer the steak instead of the carne asada because of the 15 minute (we were told) asada preparation wait. Not good planning for the current advertised promotion.
The chimichurri was red and oily. It was very acidic, very salty and unlike any chimichurri I have ever tasted. It was bad. I don’t know if this is because it wasn’t prepared to the recipe or if the recipe is that nasty. Did the restaurant simply not follow the recipe? And I tried it on everything like the commercial says. NOPE!!! Not good.
This location also was very small with tables outside for more seating. The inside also had a loudly playing audio system installed in the cabinet above the drink bar, but without speaker dust covers and in need of dusting. Sounded good, but the look was not something like I have ever seen in a restaurant, even in the many different countries I have visited. Where are we?
We ate the salad, the chips with the guacamoles but left the chimichurri behind. We also overheard the table next to us saying the chimichurri was harsh on their palate. Ouch!
Please don’t keep the Red Chimichurri on the menu as prepared. Contact me if you would like a real chimichurri recipe. We are Argentinian.

The woman serving me had an attitude from the jump. She rolled her eyes while I was ordering, didn’t even let me finish, and just threw lettuce on top like she was trying to rush me out. They just rung me up like that was supposed to be okay.
I didn’t even bother claiming the second bowl. I’d rather go hungry than support service like that.
If this is how Chipotle handles promotions, I’d hate to see what they think is full price value. Ridiculous.
First off, when I went to the restaurant, my first thought was “do they ever clean or empty the trash”. The floors were sticky and dark, trash all over the the floor, not to mention the actual trash bins were over flowing. I went to go order my food and it felt like I was being rushed to order with the attitude, rude comments directed at me, this is how the management allows employees to treat, talk, and act towards customers? They were also out of guacamole, but frankly I’m not even surprised anymore. They are ALWAYS out of something. Might as well close early if your going to always be out. No point in staying open and wasting people’s time and money. When I bit into my burrito i almost broke my teeth with how hard the rice was. It felt like i was bitting tiny pebbles with how the rice was. The burrito was also INCREDIBLY salty. They might as well have given me just pure salt. About 2-3 days ago ago, my friend went in to order a bowl and she had the exact same experience, except this time the manager was the one being rude. The MANAGER!! She told me the short black manager was being very disrespectful to not just my friend, but to the employees as well. My friend ended up telling me that she heard the manager be rude, controlling, talk smack about others towards other employees. The employee’s seem exhausted and annoyed by everything and seem to fear/ hate the manager. My friend told me when she got her food and walked away, she heard the manager call her an annoying, entitled brat under her breath just because my friend was annoyed that they were out of queso and made a comment about it towards them. Really!!?!? This girl is a manager?? Guess they’ll hire anyone these days. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGER BE RUDE TOWARDS YOU AND HAVE THEM TALK BADLY ABOUT YOU UNDER THEIR BREATH.
