On the cover it looks like you’re standard Chipotle. However when visiting you find out that there are many areas that need improvement.
The customer service is good. Cooks or working diligently in food preppers were friendly. The dining area look like it needed some cleanup as their chips and various small pieces of trash on the floor. The restrooms were in horrendous conditions.
Food tasted as what you would expect at a Chipotle. We had carnitas burritos. However drink options were only limited to sodas. The “agua fresca” were drained and during our visit no staff member came to check out even responded to the suggestion of refill.
From the outside, it seemed like a typical Chipotle. Plenty of seating inside and out. But on a closer level there seems to be a lack of management considering cleanliness and beverage maintenance.

I can’t say enough great things about the team at Chipotle! I’ve visited this location several times before but today the restaurant was very busy when I came in due to a Veteran’s Day promotion. The team still nailed my order and maintained a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for your support to the Veteran community (and for making a great burrito bowl)!!

Found a hair in my food and was told I would get a refund. Instead I got charged again and got an attitude when I came back to attempt to fix it. Imelda provided terrible service and has her hair unbrushed with no hairnet and instead of apologizing said “ so you want ur money back or what”.

We normally enjoy the consistency of Chipotle when traveling, but I recommend choosing a different location. We had more fat than meat in both my barbacoa and my husband’s carnitas. Discussing to have so much slimy fat tissue in one serving. This must be a management issue as it was with 2 different types of meat. Here’s pictures of myself my Barbacoa, but my husband had even more in his carnitas. Choose a different location if you don’t like biting into huge pieces of fat.

I don’t know who the manager is at this location on Wednesday but they do not do their job. They had no guac ready, most of the fountain drinks weren’t working, they had no ice, no napkins, or utensils available unless you asked them. The food is great don’t get me wrong but the management certainly needs some work. I even told one of the workers that they had all of this missing and they made no effort to restock. Definitely, not coming back to this location.

Healthy and flavorful salad. I had extra greens added, peppers and onions, chicken, pico de gallo and a small ladle of queso. For additional dressing I had them add a good serving of the juice from the pico de gallo. That was definitely the finishing touch. The staff were on task and working to meet each order. I was pleased to watch the manager who had close, positive, instructive communication with her staff all while chopping up the chicken, 1 bin after another. She presented as calm, courteous and effective with her staff. Several people were in front of me and it seemed someone was in training but still, the line moved along and the staff worked together well. The only criticism I have is how packed in the chairs were. The place was empty because it was 3pm but still walking about the restaurant maze of chairs took planning ahead. Overall, good job.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. My order was the last to be served, and I was asked for my name three separate times, which made the situation feel disorganized and uncomfortable. Additionally, my order had been sitting out in a bag for some time before it was finally handed to me. This left me concerned about both the service and the food quality. I hope improvements can be made to ensure a smoother and more respectful experience for all customers lady who gave me the bag looked like she was making fun of me poor customer service training.

For high tips, my company employee delivers the food. For low tips or no tips, I ask the delivery person to deliver the food. I rushed to the restaurant 3 miles away and was told that someone had taken the food. It was a wasted trip.
