First time at Chipotle. I’ve heard all about it. The staff was nice enough but not having been there before I was unfamiliar with the menu, and felt a little bit rushed by the staff person to order.
I decided on a chicken bowl, and although the food was delicious, I wanted more of it for what I paid. I felt less than satisfied with the portions, especially the balance between rice, vegetables, and chicken than at other places. People tried to get in the locked door constantly while I was there. Not sure why it was locked since it’s right where you park your car. This place was busy for lunch hour, and from the taste of the food I can see why. I will go back and try other menu items. My overall impression was positive. It was clean, and even though I didn’t see anyone wiping down tables, there was no mess at the salsa bar or near the waste receptacles.

Most of the time these people are SO rude. Go to any other location if you want good service. It always seems like they don’t have enough people working up front when there’s a line and then they want to give you attitude when you’re just trying to order your food.

My first time ever at a Chipotle on Feb 27 2026, The employee had such a bad attitude I asked him what his problem was And ask for somebody else to continue taking my order. A young lady stepped in and finished the order giving me much better customer service.

I ordered online on 09/30/2024 around 1:10pm. The food tasted amazing and their guacamole tasted fresher than other locations. However, this is the way it came served to me as a to go order, I didn’t dig into my food or swing it around. I don’t understand how it can come like this and be passable to serve? The presentation needs work and like most people, I do want to say that the food portions are smaller than other places, less rice and less of veggies. But, it is still a good enough portion to feel comfortable for a while. I will come back and hope their presentation has improved and not served like this again. Overall, it was tasty, especially the guacamole.

I had one of the worst experiences ever at this Chipotle. I came in wanting a big boy burrito — something I’ve ordered at other locations with no problem — and the staff acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Instead of trying to help or explain anything, they were rude, dismissive, and honestly just seemed completely untrained.
The whole vibe felt unprofessional. The employees looked confused about their own menu, nobody communicated, and it felt like they were annoyed just because I asked a simple question. On top of that, the place didn’t look clean at all, which made everything worse.
Overall, the customer service was rude, the workers were unexperienced, and the environment was uncomfortable. Definitely not coming back to this location.

Today around 7:40 PM, we visited this fast food restaurant and received very poor service. The employee serving us, a woman with facial piercings, was rude and had an attitude throughout the entire ordering process. There was no courtesy or patience, and it made the experience uncomfortable. Customer service like this is unacceptable.

This location never fails to shorten me. I live very close by so this location is very convenient. Either the steak is hard as rocks or the steak is never ready to be cut in the back. Super poorly managed EXCEPT when there is this younger hispanic lady (whom i think is a manager) is working – she rocks. But whenever it’s someone else (which is most of the time i come in). It’s always a terrible experience. not to mention the portions aren’t great. I eat chipotle 3x a week and my goodness – this place sucks. Whoever runs the chipotle in mission valley should come and give these guys a workshop.

I showed up around 10:35 with my grandma.. There was already a woman standing outside waiting… We tried to go inside as they say they open at 10:30… We were standing outside there until around 10:43… All of the employees were watching us stand there and did not let us inside. I understand things happen and maybe it was a late day, that wasn’t the problem…. the problem was that NOTHING was ready. They were only serving chicken… So after waiting for about 10 minutes outside, I get to the window to find out they have nothing ready…. It was very upsetting and disappointing. For a newer location, you are not off to a great start.
