The one employee on the food line (young Mexican guy with a mustache) was left alone by himself handling the dinner rush. He was taking orders and restocking the line. The manager on duty (Middle Eastern guy with thick eyebrows) was nowhere to be found. There were other employees that were leaving for the day, and he was too busy chitchatting with them to help his employee. I told the guy on the line that he is doing a great job and to slow down. I tried to bring it up to the manager, how great his employee was doing, and my issues with his (manager) performance, but he just dismissed it and pretended nothing was wrong. I tried to ask for the employee’s name to give him some recognition, and he declined to provide that. It seems like he was worried about a bad review on him. Very sad to see little support from a manager.

Lady taking my order was the worst employee I have ever seen in my life. She went at the speed of lightning like she was the flash. No regard for what I want, just blurting out things and moving on as soon as a molecule of air comes out of my mouth. We get to the sour cream and cheese, where she asks “do you want sour cream and cheese” and I responded very loudly and clearly, “no sour cream or cheese please!” And she prompted to pour sour cream and cheese all over the bowl and didn’t say a word and just rang me up before I could say anything.

The food wasn’t fresh but it was not bad. They can be a bit shy on the meat in the bowls. It was also pricey for 2 bowls ($33), however it was good portions aside from the meat. Salsa was good.

My daughter drank from here. It was nasty. We let the cashier know she didn’t do anything. Told the manager Evelyn she rolled her eyes when I was telling her, 5 minutes later come out to draw it. My question is, how long ago was this drink made to look like this ? It is very sad how low Chipotle has become, makes anybody manager or in charge of their store. There is no more ethics for the company.

The Chicken was flavorful but was extremely salty. The “Mild” salsa was actually hot and over powered the taste of the meat. The black beans were tasty but were a bit dry. The dining area was clean. However, several of the tables were a little dirty with left over food. The staff was welcoming and very pleasant.

They ran out of a lot of stuff.
No fajitas or corn. Very little steak left.
They don’t seem to communicate well with each other. The food bins were almost bare & they didn’t appear to ask their teammates to assist with replenishing.
My partner asked if they had fajitas. The guy helping us asked the cook for some & he said he just started some. The guy said that he could give it to us after as a side once it is done. We would have rather waited, but we both said that would be okay we’d like that very much. But he never told us when they were ready.
My partner got the last of the corn, so I asked if they had any more in the back for my burrito & the guy told me no. HOWEVER, as I was paying, a woman came from the back with a whole container full of corn! She refilled the bin, then checked us out. I looked at the guy as she brought it in & then looked at the corn & then back at the guy, he looked at me & just turned away.
It also seemed like they gave me a smaller than normal portion of steak since there was hardly any left.
Our meal was “meh” at the most. Super disappointed.

Skimp on the portions like there is a famine occurring. Staff is very disrespectful & they ran out of a majority of their ingredients. Would choose any location but this one!! Never coming here again!!

This is my first time trying chipotle. I ordered a chicken burrito with several ingredients( black bean, chicken, mild sauce, etc..) it tasted good 8/10 and the line was fast. Not sure if I’d come back again but def recommended this place.
