My son ordered a burrito for me slop, pure slop! I thought he was at the upland Foothill and Mountain one when he called and said he was at chipotle this is slop. I can see why it gets such poor reviews. I’m gonna call and talk to the manager tomorrow and then I’m gonna call the Corporate Office. 6 1 1/2 prices of cold chewy steak but that’s what you wanna call it. This is the worst chipotle burrito I’ve ever had in my life. It’s sloth they just threw everything in there like they were trying to get rid of what food they had 10 thumbs down! San Bernardino County needs to be called on the preparation of this food 10 thumbs down

Rude female cashier says, do you want chips and a drink? I said yes. She slammed a cup down on the counter and didn’t give me chips. I asked her for the chips, and she tossed them in the bag and walked away without a word. I asked one of the guys for salsa. Burrito was made by one of the guys. I don’t think they were trained well on how to put it together properly. I had to ask for a bowl to try and eat my sloppy 20 dollar crapbrito. Oh, and I waited for the two guys and the girl to finish their conversation before ordering. Not coming back.

I did a pick up order and I ordered double steak. I paid extra. However, when I open my bowl I had last been a regular serving which I will never order pick up again because I feel they would add less meat to your bowl especially if you’re not seeing how much meat they supposed to add I don’t mind paying extra. However, if I pay extra, I would like to get my double meat.

Me and my husband came to grab some food and they had no rice or black beans in the front. They had to get some from the back. Every single table was dirty and the floor had food everywhere. The trash cans were full as well. I went to get a lid for my bowl to take home, I mentioned the mess and an employee said she would come clean it. When we left like 4 employees were just standing by the register talking. Not even bothering to come clean up the lobby. The drink area was a mess and trash allover. I’d rather drive further to a different location for now on.

I have never seen my local chipotle this dirty. The customer service was good, the food ok but the restaurant they should feel embarrassed. I was scared to go to the restroom. I just pray they do better.

This is first time at this one small tight location, 5 people in store i making food. Line all the way out the door. Had much smaller portions than the 3 I usually frequent by my home.

I did have a little issue with the serving size but after speaking with the manager I decided to give a good review. Olivia handled my complaint perfectly she explained all issues and understood my side and did what she could to make it right. I wasn’t expecting anything so close to closing hours but the way she handled the conversation was it for me .
update: well the manager was kind enough to remake our order but still always having issues with portion size at this location.. I mean a teaspoon size of guac is not worth the extra money they charge ect. ect.

Walked in and stood there for five minutes while some random employee was checking the temp of the food. She didn’t look at me or greet me. Then another guy came up and started cleaning the line, no greeting or glance on my direction. After a few more minutes I said, hello can somebody help me? I’ve been standing there. The guy immediately got sarcastic and rude. He said oh I’m cleaning the line. I said okay and I’ve been standing here and the least you can do is say hello and greet me. He made this very sarcastic face and rolled his eyes then smiled very dramatic and said. “Hi, want me to leave the line dirty so I can help you?” Rude as hell and unprofessional. I left.

I don’t understand how staff can’t have white rice and chicken ready, right before 12pm lunch rush hour.
Me and 2 other people had to wait for chicken to be ready, I was able to get the bottom scraps of white rice rice.
