This was an extremely disappointing experience. The staff rushed through my order and handled the food carelessly. I ordered a very simple bowl with lettuce and cheese only, yet both were barely added. There was also almost no rice in the bowl, which is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the chips we paid for were completely forgotten. Between the poor portioning, careless service, and missing items, this visit felt unprofessional and below Chipotle’s standards. I will not be returning to this location unless major improvements are made

This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever had! I think she is discriminatory because I saw that the previous guest and the latter guest had more portions than me, they were white or Mexican, and I was Asian, and the portions I got were different from them! ! I also chose half chicken and half steak, but the chicken was actually bitter! Because the chicken is burnt! ! This is my first time choosing this branch and the last time! It’s really rubbish!

The staff here are very courteous and helpful, even during busy times. The food is good, but the bar area and kitchen could be better organized and kept cleaner. The restaurant also feels a bit dark inside. With improvements in cleanliness and ambiance, this location could truly shine.

Considering the amount of people coming to this fascinating spot, it is amazing to see how well managed and the personalities of the individuals who are serving are here at this location. I dealt with a gentleman named Mel a wonderful soul who treated me and gave me the Royal treatment. But then I noticed him doing it to others as well, which means this guy is just an exceptional employee. I love this place.Keep the good work and we will keep on giving good reviews and expose.Not just the bad negative parts of everything , but the positive ones and this experience was positive.

every time i want to give chipotle another chance they disappoint me. i genuinely don’t understand how they manage to give such small portions at every single location. I stood there today asking the employee for extra beans 4x and he continued to only sprinkle a couple each time. when i asked for more cheese he again just sprinkled it on i was so frustrated and disappointed i just wanted to get out of there. by the time i arrived home and the bowl was shaken around it was mostly just stale rice. i ended up throwing it away. never going there again

Terrible service terrible food! Tables were dirty and took forever to get someone to clean them. Rude staff serving tiny portions of cold food! Not to mention the state of the restrooms! Will not be coming back and would not recommend!

The food was average, not bad, but also not great. Service was also pretty decent, but also in the average category. What will keep me from returning to this location is that the dance music was blasting away like it was some sort of night club, more for the employee’s enjoyment than for the background ambiance music that it should have been. Customers should expect to sit down to a nice relaxing atmosphere, not a 1990s rave! The manager should know better and correct it. Until then, I will not be returning.

The food is fine in everything, but it’s just regular stuff. Almost kind of like really good institutional food, or food you get on a cruise or in a good hotel. I recommend it for fast food that’s “good” for you, i just want to shout out to Marcos, I hope I remember his name right.. friendly nice guy with a smile, i just wanted to drink a cup of coffee with a female friend of mine. And we weren’t even customers at Chipotle and I asked if it was okay if we just drank our coffee here real quick and he didn’t give us a problem and we did it. No problems, no issues, and just thank you, Marcos. Wish more people were like you!
