First meal out of the hospital after surgery and ordered a basic chicken salad on uber eats and tipped the chipotle workers. Spent $23 to have a basic salad with no chicken. Tried calling to see if I can speak to someone, and get their automated service which was no help. So disappointed.

Ordered rewards on the Free queso and order a burrito bowl along with ordering large guacamole and large chips. The young man and lady that built our food very nice when we mentioned the queso she put it in the larger bowl.

Didn’t think anything of it until the cash register when I presented my free reward Amen that appeared Indian culture seemed to be the manager and said that’s the wrong size ! You need the smaller one, although it was his employee that put it into a bit larger container.

They made a big stink about it! They must really be in love with their queso because I even offered to pay a difference and Samantha the cashier along with the assistant manager that are really in love with this cheese mentioned “you can’t pay the difference” our system it’s not smart enough for that.

In a world where we live with AI, self driving cars, bots that vacuum our house while we’re not home yet their software is not able to figure out how to pay the difference for a bigger queso.

Not asking for free food here. We are definitely people that work hard for ours and we see value in quality foods such as chipotle. But I am reminded why I don’t come to this location. They are very petty for that.

They are really in love with her wueso FYI, they don’t want to let it go at any price. Good luck!!!

10/21/2025 me and two others came in a little after 2:00 p.m. the meat looked old like it’s been sitting too long. I asked was there any fresh meat ready, I was told no, the sour cream had other food in it, just a mess. the females there at the time are lazy with poor attitudes why work there and not give good customer service.. management needs to get those employees in line….

Food was ok.. cold by the time I drove the 10 min home.. service was trash.. she was super distracted and kept doing things I didn’t say.. no beans.. oops big scoop of pinto beans on top.. and then when I get home I find I was charged for double protein which I DID NOT ORDER.. and when I try to call the store I get auto transferred to customer service who says they will give me a free entree to use within 14 days.. WHY!? I want my money back.. which he proceeds to answer with I can ask but you probably will end up with nothing so I would take this and be happy.. HORRIBLE customer service!! Buyer BEWARE!!!

The kids working at this location need to learn how to be just a little more friendly to their guests. Maybe they need to be reminded who really pays their wages… Too much bristle in the chicken. Once I hit that bristle, I’m pretty much done. I won’t finish!

We order a lot of times, everytime there is a missing item.. where is my pinto beans in this order? Last time misting item was a guacamole. Be careful in this store!remember to open the box to check if all your items are included, even with a take out order!

I ordered a rice bowl with beef & chicken.
Look what i got. I got beef meat only!, NO rice NO chicken. I didn’t realised there’re important stuff missing until i actually opened the bowl. Fortunately i ordered through app so i had evidence& i got refunded. but if you order through mobile app with this place be careful haha it might miss your whole stuff you add on order ‍♀️ ‍♀️very dissapointing place. Ordered 4 burrito bowls. Proportions was completely off on one it basically looked like a salad that’s how bad it was. The rest were missing toppings like guacamole which is extra so weren’t so happy about that. Everyone was hungry so we decided just to take the worst one and let them eat while we went back thinking this was an easy fix hey people make mistakes we’ll just have them remake this one and get the guacamole that we are missing. Nope.
Talked to a woman at the register who claimed to be the manager she told us she couldn’t remake it unless all the bowls where there. Not just the one? Nope they all need of it to be there. Can we get the extra guacamole that is missing? Nope. While talking about the proportions she told us “actually we didn’t have to give you this much” then proceeded to pull out (I’m not even kidding) a salsa cup saying “this is technically all we have to gave you. This is actually a perfect bowl”. Mind you she now keeps touching the bowl and holding it up while she’s saying this. I was kinda speechless on not only how rude but confusing this was considering as we’re talking there are other customers walking by with bowls absolutely stuffed none of which asked for extra toppings while she’s basically telling me I should be grateful for the amount I got. I’m paying the same price as everyone else yet getting completely half of the amount. Story doesn’t stop there though. She told us to do a complaint online so we could have it fixed. So we did. They gave us a buy one get one free meal… so have to pay an extra $14 to fix YOUR mistake and pay another $4 for guacamole in place of the ones you also didn’t give us that we had already payed for. We were so hungry and fed up so we said whatever we’ll do it. Waited. Got the food. Messed up again. We take it back and she said to our face that the order wasn’t wrong. Excuse me? So we opened up the bowels and literally had to point out to her what was wrong. One she agreed was completely wrong the other she claimed they were out of lettuce…so you weren’t going tell us that when you handed us the food or??? She remade the bowl, did nothing with the one missing lettuce, and we left. The whole thing took almost an hour.
No real apology, rude, and condescending.
And she was supposedly the manager….
Never coming to this location again I’ve had problems before but always gave them the benefit of the doubt the service industry sucks I get it but this was just ridiculous.

Went in and the lady who was asking for my order was very rude, I couldn’t even talk and I was gonna ask for extra rice on my bowl but by the time she stopped talking, her co-worker was done with my bowl. My bowl was barely even filled to about a quarter of the bowl missing.
