Didn’t think anything of it until the cash register when I presented my free reward Amen that appeared Indian culture seemed to be the manager and said that’s the wrong size ! You need the smaller one, although it was his employee that put it into a bit larger container.
They made a big stink about it! They must really be in love with their queso because I even offered to pay a difference and Samantha the cashier along with the assistant manager that are really in love with this cheese mentioned “you can’t pay the difference” our system it’s not smart enough for that.
In a world where we live with AI, self driving cars, bots that vacuum our house while we’re not home yet their software is not able to figure out how to pay the difference for a bigger queso.
Not asking for free food here. We are definitely people that work hard for ours and we see value in quality foods such as chipotle. But I am reminded why I don’t come to this location. They are very petty for that.

Look what i got. I got beef meat only!, NO rice NO chicken. I didn’t realised there’re important stuff missing until i actually opened the bowl. Fortunately i ordered through app so i had evidence& i got refunded. but if you order through mobile app with this place be careful haha it might miss your whole stuff you add on order ♀️ ♀️very dissapointing place. Missing rice missing meat.
Talked to a woman at the register who claimed to be the manager she told us she couldn’t remake it unless all the bowls where there. Not just the one? Nope they all need of it to be there. Can we get the extra guacamole that is missing? Nope. While talking about the proportions she told us “actually we didn’t have to give you this much” then proceeded to pull out (I’m not even kidding) a salsa cup saying “this is technically all we have to gave you. This is actually a perfect bowl”. Mind you she now keeps touching the bowl and holding it up while she’s saying this. I was kinda speechless on not only how rude but confusing this was considering as we’re talking there are other customers walking by with bowls absolutely stuffed none of which asked for extra toppings while she’s basically telling me I should be grateful for the amount I got. I’m paying the same price as everyone else yet getting completely half of the amount. Story doesn’t stop there though. She told us to do a complaint online so we could have it fixed. So we did. They gave us a buy one get one free meal… so have to pay an extra $14 to fix YOUR mistake and pay another $4 for guacamole in place of the ones you also didn’t give us that we had already payed for. We were so hungry and fed up so we said whatever we’ll do it. Waited. Got the food. Messed up again. We take it back and she said to our face that the order wasn’t wrong. Excuse me? So we opened up the bowels and literally had to point out to her what was wrong. One she agreed was completely wrong the other she claimed they were out of lettuce…so you weren’t going tell us that when you handed us the food or??? She remade the bowl, did nothing with the one missing lettuce, and we left. The whole thing took almost an hour.
No real apology, rude, and condescending.
And she was supposedly the manager….
Never coming to this location again I’ve had problems before but always gave them the benefit of the doubt the service industry sucks I get it but this was just ridiculous.
