Beyond the food, I was pleasantly surprised by the creativity on the packaging! The hand-drawn artwork and message on the bag added a fun and personal touch to the experience. It’s small details like these that make the visit even more enjoyable.

This time had a guy who doesn’t even know how to make a burrito struggling to make one and making a complete mess of my burrito. I didn’t ask for anything extra so it wasn’t even overfilled. Was a red flag when he was sprinkling few pieces of shredded cheese and lettuce when I ordered it in my burrito. Another staff saw him struggling and finally came to fix my already screwed up burrito and started training him with my burrito. Why did I pay for trainees’ test burrito? Why do they have untrained staff serving customers. After all these years, you would think they would’ve figured things out, but the management is just hopeless in this location.
