They messed up my order .I placed an online order. It’s very simple burrito bowl (chicken, white rice, fajita veggies and lettuce) that’s it. The sticker on my bag is correct but the bowl I got looks like a freaking spaghetti. So disappointed especially I drove to the store to pick it up and I’m so hungry for lunch. Customer service gave me a coupon to get free burrito bowl on my next visit but upon claiming, it says it’s already claimed I will still order chipotle but probably not in this location anymore.

I had an amazing meal at Chipotle today! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. My bowl was packed with delicious ingredients, from the juicy grilled chicken to the fresh pico de gallo, shredded cheese, and creamy guacamole. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and I really appreciated the generous portions. The side of fresh greens was a great addition to balance out the meal.
Beyond the food, I was pleasantly surprised by the creativity on the packaging! The hand-drawn artwork and message on the bag added a fun and personal touch to the experience. It’s small details like these that make the visit even more enjoyable.

I used to eat at Chipotle and I was satisfied. However, new location at Chino is newly open, and the food I oreded was Barbacore. It was super salty, and a portion of meat was so small. I am not sure if I want to come back here.

Haven’t gone to this place after finding avocado seed in their guac in my burrito couple years ago when they first opened.
This time had a guy who doesn’t even know how to make a burrito struggling to make one and making a complete mess of my burrito. I didn’t ask for anything extra so it wasn’t even overfilled. Was a red flag when he was sprinkling few pieces of shredded cheese and lettuce when I ordered it in my burrito. Another staff saw him struggling and finally came to fix my already screwed up burrito and started training him with my burrito. Why did I pay for trainees’ test burrito? Why do they have untrained staff serving customers. After all these years, you would think they would’ve figured things out, but the management is just hopeless in this location.

Terabble place, I sent my little brother to order for himself and the blonde white lady serving him food gave him the weirdest look and my brother asked for all the toppings and everything and she didn’t put more then half of the stuff and I still had to pay the full price, when I complained about it, she looked at her co worker and gave him a evil side eye while laughing and they thought I was Stupid and wouldn’t know but I saw her do that and then when she gave the rest of the stuff she was giving her co worker another evil like eye and she barely put anything in the bowl. Really terrible place and people, they are so stingy and still charged me the full price like what, I do not recommend.

I am a fan of Chipotle Mexican Grill because I like the idea of building your own burritos, tacos, or bowels. This was my first time at this location and I was not too happy with their lack of ingredients. They ran out of corn and some of the meats. Once I got my order, I went to the condiment stations to get some napkins and forks. Three of the four napkin holders were empty. All the utensil containers were empty. So I went to the counter and asked for forks and let the cashier know that there is none at the station. The gentleman hands me couple of forks and keeps working behind the counter. I would have thought he would ask someone to refill the station, since he was busy. This kind of service bothers me and makes me think twice before returning again.
