To be completely honest. My wife and I weren’t in a huge hurry like the gentleman in front of us but the line was moving slow. I guess It wouldn’t have bothered me at all but for a few minutes there three employees were talking to each other complaining about scheduling instead of helping the line move faster.

Currently leaving this review while I stand in line waiting for my order I placed through the app. Been here for 25 minutes, order was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago. This is the 3rd time this week this has happened to me. Chipotle service has tanked recently at most of the locations I’ve been to. It’s a shame because I really do like their food. Why even open the store at 10:30 if nothing will be ready and everyone will just have to stand around being ignored by your employees until 11am?

If you like Chipotle and are visiting the theater it’s a great place to get lunch. I must warn you that the service sucks. I am unsure if the place is not well staffed or just slow. Ordering food on a Wednesday afternoon takes 30 minutes. That’s too bad.

I personally don’t like writing bad reviews but this place deserves it! They work so slow it’s unbelievable.. The guy behind the counter filling our bowls was terrible.The way he was just placing the food in bowl made you not want eat that food since he would put the food in the bowl in a sloppy manner.

Currently a train wreck. Service at a standstill. About 8 people working in back, 2 working in slo motion out front. Most of the fountain drinks are out, ice piled up and falling on the floor, all trash cans are overflowing and bathroom was also destroyed.

The food was good but this place was filthy. They had trash on the floors, tables, seats the trash bins overflowing. They were nice about cleaning it thow but we had to ask for our table to be cleaned because we were gonna eat there.

Services was really slow. There was a long line and at one point there was no employees in sight. Food was ok and the ambiance of the dining room was unwelcoming. No music playing and a constant humming sound coming from a machine.
