I went through the chipotlane as i usually do and I got my order picked up super quickly. Brooke helped me out and she was very kind and attentive. I ordered the “Sam’s high protein tacos” and they were delicious. I love going to this location and the drive thru is super convenient.

I was super hesitant to go to this location because of the poor reviews, but it’s the closest one to my studio. The service was friendly, and the portions were perfect! I love extra veggies, corn salsa, and cheese. They made my bowl exactly how I like it. No issues, all friendly smiles, and quick service. I will definitely be coming back! Ordered through the app. Came in to pick up, opened my order to find some disgusting black substance on my food. Showed the cashier (Crystal) who looked at me like, oh who cares! I asked for it to be remade and she looked at me like I was making an insane request! No apology no concern. Sorry to bother you Crystal, but I’m pretty sure that’s part of your job. Customer service skills should be made a priority!!

I ordered a chicken bowl with double chicken, avocado, pico de gallo, cheese. At the Bouquet Store. They were very scimpy pot on all ingredients. Plus it cost $23.50
Tonight I ordered the exact same thing at the Newhall Ranch Rd store. They served at least 1/2 again on same ingredient . Double chicken bowl. And it was only $14.50. The store are only a couple miles from each other and both I went in and ordered.
Can someone please explain.

Dodgers BOGO day. They were out of beans. Said “we don’t have any pinto beans today, only black beans”. My husband ordered guacamole on his burrito, I ordered some guacamole, but wanted it on the side. Because it was on the side, charged EXTRA. Also, burrito was Cold, including the chicken. I would not recommend this location.

Very disappointed. The amount of food that I received didn’t worth at all. This happened many times before but i was ignoring. I was thinking it is because of the person who serving. But this happens very often and now this is enough. If you don’t watch how much they are adding then you will regret when get home (if you order to go). I order three same bowls. For the first bowl i was watching and keep telling them to add properly. After first bowl they asked me to pay and i was not monitoring the last two bowls. This was my mistake. They filled so little that doesn’t worth at all. In addition, every single time some items are always missing but they change the full. So ridiculous. This is a common for all chipotle. I recommend if you order in store then keep watching how much they are adding and keep telling them to add enough. Otherwise you have to regret.

We stopped by for dinner today and were pleasantly surprised by the two young men who prepared our meals around 6:30. They were incredibly kind and provided excellent customer service, especially the taller one. The portions were just right. I asked the manager/staff for their names, but he couldn’t give them to me. However, I want to express my gratitude for their exceptional customer service, which is rare these days.

Every time I order chips and guac here the chips are stale and unseasoned:( And I ordered a large drink just now and they filled it to the brim with ice and almost NO drink! I couldn’t even put my straw through the top because it was FULL of ice. I would understand if you ran out of the drink but i dont understand why they could’ve just told me and i would’ve picked something else instead of going home with a $3.45 cup of ice.

Second time here and wow….very disappointed. Wife ordered a salad and got all the way to the register before she was told they had no salad dressing. I ordered a chicken bowl with brown rice and got half a spoon of rice, half spoon of chicken until I asked for more, teaspoon of corn….wow. My daughter ordered a salad and didn’t get enough lettuce to call it a salad. Then found out they were out of guacamole and sour cream. Entire dining room was dirty, floors, tables and napkins, straws and lids were all dirty. Definitely won’t be back!!!

We ordered food for 6 people. For the second time in a row, the steak tacos were missing steak. No way to contact the store, only chat with Pepper online. They offered a free kids meal (the adult tacos were missing steak) while the adult who ordered the tacos had no protein and had to make other food arrangements. Obviously there’s a disconnect in their QC to have this happen twice in a row. (And yes, we confirmed that the order was correct)
