In sunny Monrovia, there’s a wonderful Chipotle that I always love coming back to. I got a bowl with chicken and enjoyed a stunning view. This location has also gone to hell. The chicken is always burnt beyond recognition by the staff. Seriously it isn’t edible. I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. I don’t understand how their employees knowingly burn chicken this bad and feel it’s ok to serve to paying customers.

Great experience and great friendly staff! Good speed and great portions, and when asked for anything they were completely on it. One of the best chipotle experiences I’ve ever had. Let me just say too: I was having a tough night before I came in, life as we all know can be tough, but my experience here really uplifted everything and will have a big ripple effect on the uber shift I now do all night. It’s just more testament for why we shouldn’t underestimate the differences we can make, the ripple effects even of seemingly small things can be far bigger than we often realize. ✊

Ordered typical bowl with rice, black beans and chicken. Add guacamole, yes I know it’s extra. Literally they put 1 tablespoon dolip on for the extra $2.85. I made a comment and they just laughed.
Won’t be going to Chipotle any time soon and probably never to the Monrovia one again.

I used to eat @ chipotle once a month for almost 5 years but their food and service is getting worse, they cant make online orders right and they have meat chunks in their sofritas, they seriously need to think through how to make and service food, today I got a vegetarian burrito for my wife and their were meat chunks and strings (seriously, see the picture) in the burrito, this is is the last straw, this is might be the end of our Chipotle.

So we live very close and this has always been a lunch spot or after gym spot . But this place is going down hill for sure . The last 2 times we went absolutely horrible customer service everyone is either faded out there mind or just don’t want to work there at all, very rude. Went in tonight to grab a quick bite. The place was a mess , it was only 7pm , no rice ready no chicken only steak , the brown rice we got was literally not cooked so hard it s still stuck in my teeth !! No napkins available anywhere trash overflowing tables completely filthy yet like 8 people basically working doing nothing, asked to speak to manager it was some kid that didn’t care about anything only had excuses we got our money back and will absolutely never be coming back to this location , I will be emailing chipotle as well !! Don’t come here !

I never wanted to try Chipotle. I purchased a gift card last month. Last week, my husband and I went to Chipotle for the first time. I ordered a chicken bowl and my husband ordered 2 steak taco and 1 carnitas taco. The food was very fresh. My great-niece have been telling us for years to try Chipotle. Chipotle is her favorite Mexican restaurant. We will definitely be back .
