Roasted corn is delicious but cold!!!
Generally the food is what you expect from Chipotle.
The food options here are decently healthy.
Sometimes some of the food can be saltier than ocean water, must have been a new cook that visit.
Decent design.
Tables could be cleaned more often.
Seat comfortability is acceptable.
Indoor seating available.
Outdoor seating is shared with The Habit.
I think it got better but the workers used to hide in the back while the one female who wanted to work had to work alone calling out for help to service the line. Eventually…her co-workers slowly emerged.
The place can be empty of customers but the tables somehow remained dirty; when there aren’t customers, that’s time to catch up making the place look decent. When everything is done, that’s when you can relax.

Sadly I choked on what appeared to be a piece of toothpick. I absolutely love chipotle but this experience was really scary for me . I bought my daughters food too so I’m just thankful it happened to me and not them . I emailed chipotle support and all they did was give me free entrees . Which I guess is nice . But also I’m traumatized so I definitely don’t want to go to chipotle anytime soon . The coupon expires in 30 days . I really hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else . I wasn’t even close to being finished with my bowl . I threw it away and felt so uncomfortable with the experience

It’s your standard fare Chipotle, offering a variety of delicious (responsibly sourced) meats and vegetarian options.
The standout star however is one of the management, Angel, who went above and beyond to make sure I got a 5 star experience by comping me my meal when they were waiting for fresh rice to be made. It would have been easy to make the $8 off my burrito, but instead they secured a future customer.

Worst experience ever. They messed up on the order bad. My three bowls were all wrong. They didnt seem that busy to mess up like that. So unprofessional. Never have I experienced something like that. I had to call customer service to solve this issue. Half way solve to top it off.

This is the only Chipotle that I will ever go to. They don’t try and skimp on the meat. Everybody’s really nice and you don’t mind paying $17 for a burrito when it’s delicious. Went to a chipotle the day before and I almost gave up on the entire franchise. Montabello saves the day once again! We’ve been going here for seven years and they are consistently awesome can’t say that about any other Chipotle lol.
