The Carson Chipotle location on Carson BLVD is so stingy. I ordered hard Tacos . The Chipotle worker barely put any Ingredients in my Tacos. I had to ask for extra everything. When I picked up my bag it was super light. This location is not for me.

I decided to give this Chipotle location a second chance after a terrible first visit, but unfortunately, it was just as bad if not worse. (Monday 9/29)
I arrived around 8 PM, and the chairs were already put up on the tables as if the store was closing early, even though they don’t close until later. The food looked old and dried out, like it had been sitting for hours with no fresh batches made. On top of that, the protein options were extremely limited.
The service? Nonexistent. A worker near the cashier saw me walk in and immediately walked off to the back without saying a word. I stood there for several minutes no greeting, no service, nothing. One employee was mopping the floor, which made it feel like they were already shutting down for the night. It was clear they weren’t interested in serving anyone.
I ended up leaving and driving to the Carson location instead (near mall), where the service and food were much better.
I won’t be returning to this location again. Completely unacceptable.

I e been there 5 times since they opened and every time they give the less portions out of every chipotle, I’ve ever been in the United States. The rice never even fills the bottom of the bowl. I’m not sure why guardians of the rice and meat. Whenever other chipotle in the world gives big portions that’s why people go there not sure why I keep going there other than it’s down the street from my house and they just opened it, but I won’t be going back so beware.

Food is reliable but I was surprised the place wasn’t cleaner and supplies including forks and spoons weren’t stocked. CO2 was broken affecting the soda machine.

Edit at the bottom… they got better! STINGY servings compared to other locations and i ordered a bowl. Not ready for the lunch rush as food was missing from the serving table. not much room for indoor eating. There are a lot of options around here so not sure this will make the rotation given the price and servings. We will try again next month as see how they are doing as they just opened the doors to the public so keep that in mind.
Edit: this location has improved a lot. Speed, servings, and friendly staff. I’m assuming they are fast from my experience and it not really ever crowded. Great turnaround from the opening.

The service is so bad here and the food looks so gross. They put up the chairs around 9pm and were glaring at us, even though they close a few hours later lol.
