Definitely a better experience than the century location although the restaurant itself doesn’t look as neat as the century location. The service was definitely better. The food was a higher quality by far and rice wasn’t dry like some other locations. I will definitely be driving here instead of the other nearby location.

The food is consistently great but you can tell the work environment is toxic. There’s never a clear view of who the manager is, whether it’s a slow or fast paced day, there seems to be no order behind the counter. Employees just blurt out inappropriate one liners in front of customers, roll their eyes when they receive direction, even had a cashier ring me up annoyed, no greeting or total or nothing, because she wanted to clock out (in the middle of a rush) and her manager asked her to please wait. The staff needs to be retrained in customer service.

The Chipotle continues to cheat its customers by not giving them the portion size that they paid for. Again, I paid for a double meet portion size an earned the points to do so and was met with just beans, lettuce, and cheese… The discrepancy between the online orders and in person is absolutely horrific. I will definitely be opening a case on the Better Business Bureau about this location. If this is how Chipotle is when it comes to integrity and transparency on their portion sizes, I think I’m done supporting. This is the last and final time. Almost a $40 meal even with points and still they’re being cheap and greedy. I can’t stand stingy people.

The food is fine. It’s just like every other Chipotle but when you are a restaurant that only does three things burritos tacos and bowls and you don’t have the ability to make one of those things you would think they would let people know as they come in and not wait for them to get up to the very front of the line 15 minutes later.

The fact I wanted sour cream in my bowl and got like a table spoon hidden on the side! I’m super disappointed! Don’t matter if I ordered it there or online, it should be made correctly, especially if I paid for it which is the most important factor. I couldn’t enjoy. I don’t eat meat really so I expect my veggie bowl to be right. I’m better off going to the other one.

I placed a $50 takeout order at Chipotle, expecting three plates of food—full meals with burritos, bowls, and sides—to be packaged with care. Instead, I was handed a single, flimsy standard brown lunch bag, the kind meant for a single sandwich, not a hefty order like this. The result? A torn bag, spilled food, and a ruined meal. Chipotle, if I’m spending $50, can I at least get two bags or something stronger? Have you even trained this crew?

Service: They could definitely use some work on customer service, but it wasn’t terrible….wasn’t great either. No real interaction other than listening for my order, they barely spoke.
Food: Not my favorite location, chicken was overcooked, and nothing was really ready, and i didn’t have time to wait. Portions were off as well.

Very tasty and simple Mexican food with drinks to refill.
Super price-performance ratio
The store has WLAN.
Unfortunately, you should bring some time with you and not just grab something to eat quickly.
If you want to do this, it’s best to pre-book online.
The staff seem to have all the time in the world, which makes it a slow process.

Food was good but service and employees were terrible. So I got there 10:25am I waited until 10:30 for them to open once it was 10:30 I went inside and a lady yelled in a rude manner “ we are not open yet” so I went out again and then a guy just walks in and they said nothing to him so I go back inside and waited 12 mins for someone to come and take the order!!

Ordered a chicken bowl mixed everything as usual and as soon as I took a bite the rice was hard. Undercooked! It was hard and grainy as I bit into it. Also overly salty!
