Very dirty. Employee seem lost and very slow. Left the counter when preparing food to drink water. Left 1 girl helping customers. Was asked a couple of times for sour cream never gave it to the cashier. The cashier has to get it himself. I spoke to the manager and he said they were in the process of training staff and that he was short staff but that’s not an excuse he literally had about 10 people and everyone was just talking and not paying attention on what they were doing. Counter where they prepare the food was really dirty

You guys need to train or fire whoever was working to-go tonight. He moved slowed as a snail and did not know what he was doing. My order was 20 minutes late. There were only 4 single person to-go orders in front of me. He was rude to me, when I went to grab my order (which he left behind the counter instead of putting on the rack). The burrito turned out to be a burrito for ants: small! The inside was a mess, too. All of the tables were dirty

Very badly run, Took at least 15 minutes to refill totally empty fork bins. They still hadn’t refilled when I left. Gave a big attitude when asked as apparently the uniformed lad closest to the area was “on break”. And didn’t ask someone else to help. 8 staff present, but only but only one preparing the orders. Cooks standing behind him asking him to refill his serving containers. They could easily have helped him out and sped things along. I did point this out to someone claiming to be a manager . No sense of teamwork .I hope the owner reads this, Visited at around 2pm Thursday Aug 24 2023. Food poor.

I’d avoid coming to this location as much as possible. I come here because they are open late and close to my job. It was only 10 when I got in line and waited 10 minutes before I had to ask if someone is helping customers. They are so focused on closing and looks like they all dislike their jobs, hire new/better people Chipotle!

Came in at 9:10pm on 4/19/22 and was craving quesadillas. Apparently the machine they make the quesadillas in was “broken” yet when I come back to order a burrito 2-3min later they use the “broken” machine to heat up the tortilla. seemed like this location gets tons of nagging customers cause everyone seemed like they were over it to be honest. Trash cans were filled to the top, haven’t tried my food yet (I’m hoping it’s good) but from the demeanor I got from employees, it’s gonna be mediocre

This chipotle will BE OUT OF BUSINESS if they continue closing early . The new fade of closing to leave early is the reason so many businesses continue to close . The management needs to ask the males would they rather keep going home early and lose their job or work until it’s actually time to close? I feel bad for owners … then again they should be more mindful of who they are hiring and how they’re stores doing . This place has a ton of bad reviews!!

Never been to a Chipotle that’s out of cheese! And to make things worse the young girl with puffy hair and big lips lied to me. She’s making my bowl and tells me “we’re out of cheese at the moment” so I sadly say ok. The girl checking me out with brown hair and a brown stain on the upper right of her shirt gives me an attitude when I ask for the bathroom code. I come out of the bathroom and look over and what do I see? A FRESH NEW PAN OF CHEESE! Why couldn’t they just go grab one from the back and serve their customers the right way? You may be in a rush at 8pm there are other workers nearby who can be a runner if she felt that swamped. So I ask the brown haired girl at the register for a side of cheese and I get more attitude. I don’t appreciate the lack of effort and laziness. They literally lied to me and everyone else behind me about not having cheese.

Just left the Marina Del Rey store and just had to voice my concern over the food quality. They opened 20 minutes late and it was obvious the reason had something to do with the staffing and preparedness in opening. I was the second customer in line and the food looked as if it had been pulled from the refrigerator and placed out for sale. No meat was cooking on the stoves which were littered with used pots and pans. All the food on the line looked old and reheated. The chicken looked so dark I thought it was steak. After leaving the store I ate a bite of taco and the chicken was cold, hard, and tasted awful. I called to voice my concern and the manager seemed less than concerned and I could hear the girl who answered the phone laughing as if they were both unsurprised by my call. I asked him if the food had been rewarmed from the night before, to which he claimed it had “just been cooked”. When I told him there had been no food grilling and that the stoves didn’t even appear to be turned on, he ceased claiming the food had just been cooked and offered to “remake” the food for me. Told him I’d already left and didn’t have an interest in eating there anymore. He left the offer open for me to return, but now I’m wondering if the food was even safe for consumption given the totality of the experience. He said his name was Carlos. Really hope I don’t get food poisoning.
