This Chipotle is one of the dirtiest I’ve ever been to. When they pour rice, some falls off and they just put it back in the container. They really need to clean up the store. The trash cans are always overflowing.

I travel for my job, so I’ve eaten Chipotle from South Florida, where my home is, to New York City and across the country to L.A. and everywhere in between. It’s basically a comfort food for me. I chose Chipotle for the quality above everything else but also the value and consistency. With that being said, without exaggerating this had to be the lowest quality meal that I’ve ever had from Chipotle. I personally ordered a steak bowl, it’s my order 80% of the time and consistency across all Chipotle locations has me so that I can taste of they put the wrong salsa on my bowl. This bowl tasted a bit off from the first bite. The steak was like rubber when it is always tender, as if it was microwaved. And I found the heal from the head of romaine lettuce in my bowl as well. I feel like I almost should have known something wasn’t normal when I arrived at the restaurant at 830, 1 1/2 hours before they were scheduled to close at 10, and all of the dishes on the line were empty and stacked 4 feet high on the line like they were closed, pulling the ingredients out of storage containers but I thought that they were restocking everything and ordered from the app. My guest who always finishes a full burrito did not eat more than half. That’s too bad because now I’ll be second guessing ordering Chipotle as often as I do. All I expect is what I’m ordering, nothing more, nothing less. Chipotle was one of the few places that I could count on for quality. I review lots of restaurants in my travels and am in the top 5% of reviewers for restaurants on Google in the world and absolutely give credit whenever it is due and that is the majority of the time, but also call it out when things are substandard.

Wow. This spot reminds me of Chipotle 10 years ago. Quality ingredients, generous portions, clean. Outdoor seating was a treat! A must stop for Chipotle aficionados.

The portions here are much smaller than all the other Chipotles I’ve ever been to. It’s still enough for a meal, but you might not have any leftovers. Online ordering for pickup via their app is fairly easy. Too bad there is no option to put the lettuce on the side though. Tortillas now cost 25 cents to add to a bowl, so they aren’t free any more.

It’s unfortunate to be the one sharing the bad review but I actually stopped coming to this chipotle because they always have something out like beans or rice or chicken etc when it’s far from closing time. Today I found myself giving them another shot after not visiting for months and sure enough I got there around 820pm the manager I guess was sharing to the staff there that everything that was there was all that was left. There queso was already out of stock I and other items. I feel that management should do better for the customer experience. Not cool.

My sis got me a take out order on Sunday bc I am primary caregiver for 94 yo Mom and do not leave the house when I’m here. When I opened my food at lunchtime today, it looks 1/2 eaten and you CANNOT reach customer service or the restaurant location on the phone. So maybe they’ll respond to this…

I have always thought the burritos were large however this is a huge swing (see picture). It was also the wrong meat and missing ingredients. I get that mistakes are made but this is after I get hassled everything I order my son a build your own taco. Cheese and salsa are not sides, they should be part of the meal or at least give me the option to add them (at a cost).
We have limited option in the area and really do like the food. However, it is harder than it should be to get what we want.
