Not so fresh guacamole crazy enough I asked if they had a fresher batch because it was nearly empty and brown and they whip out a second container and it was already brown. What are they recycling old guacamole together? Not sure if their temperature control is accurate

If I could leave a zero I would. Employees were spraying cleaning chemicals in the dining area while people were eating. The smell was strong and completely unacceptable around food. I also saw poor sanitation practices. This place felt unsafe and badly managed.

This has been the worst experience ever! I ordered $150.00 worth of food today, which i also paid to deliver. Several items had guacamole when I did not select that due to allergy reasons two of my burritos had no meat which I did pay for, and one of my bowls had two small pieces of chicken and one of my burritos had nothing but rice! I don’t know if this was a joke or if someone hates their job. I will never go there again and will not refer anyone to this location this has been such a disappointment. Do better chipotle employees!

I am vegan, and although I understand there may be cross contamination to a certain degree, there was a huge piece of meat in my sofritas bowl and I don’t understand how such contamination happens besides complete negligence and disregard to health and safety. The sofritas are placed away from the meat so I don’t understand how this is the second time I have experienced this at this store. I barely got through two bites before I noticed the piece of meat. I have also seen sour cream and cheese inside the sauces at this store, vegans do not come here.

I went yesterday to have dinner with my husband. I ordered a chicken bowl and when I was halfway through my food, I saw a bug. Never eating Chipotle’s again!! Manager was nice about it; however, they need to do better on washing the lettuce. People could get sick!

Everytime I make an in store order they only accept card payments. No cash . It is becoming a regular thing.They never post this outside or anywhere around the restaurant. This makes it a greatly difficult experience. They also tell you this right when you are half way your order or about to pay. This isn’t the first time it has happened to me, it has happened around 4-5 times. Wouldn’t be coming back. Also, the portions they provide are very small. Not worth the price!

I go to chipotle quite often, mainly the one in south pasadena. I came to this one and got my usual plate, as the server put the meat on my plate, i was shocked at the extremely low amount of protein she was giving me, it was literally 30% of what i’ve gotten in any other chipotle before. i asked her why so little and she told me that if i wanted more protein it would be extra. i was appalled that i was being charged damn near 6$ extra dollars to get less than what i usually get at any other chipotle. this is ridiculous and the picture shown above, is my plate with the “extra” protein. i can see now why this place has a measly 2 stars. Never coming to this place again, the server acted like the protein was coming out of her own pocket or something… haha…

Ordered online and my bowl was all veggies no meat! took a bite of rice turns out it was a clump of cheese. So sad… $17 for a brisket bowl side of adobo ranch. Which was mid not worth my 75 cents. Also ordered a side of kids chips ALL OF THEM ARE STALE
