I haven’t been to Chipotle for at least 5 yrs , I was craving a quick meal and chips and Guacamole. The line was long so I figured it was still a good place to eat. Portions have gotten smaller, I barely had rice in my bowl. The Guacamole wasn’t fresh and the employees seemed overworked and annoyed. I get it, times are hard but you shouldn’t work in service industry and be mad at your customers. I won’t return to chipotle.

Excellent food as well as service. Staff extremely friendly. Came here around 9pm so barely any customers. I ordered a steak burrito with extra lettuce and it is HUGE and well priced at $13. Good job chipotle!

This is absolutely nonsense. I ordered two separate meals and after 40 minutes the driver dropped one meal and I called him and no response and called the restaurant and no answer and asking to email to headquarters, they must be joking after $70 get one meal??

I really like Chipotle but this one in Hermosa is so dirty. Every time I’ve been here it’s been dirty food on the floor food on the seats. Food left on the tables everywhere I go as food and trash. I don’t think they’ve swept it since this morning. Food just seems a little grunger than other chipotles that I’ve been to, and the attitude of the staff is pretty poor.

Food was normal good. However, all tables needed cleaning. Staff were busy but not too busy to find time to get a drink for themselves. When paying I did mention the issue with the tables but no effort was made to clean any table.

This is one of my first reviews I’ve ever written – Just putting that out there first to share it takes a lot for me to want to write something. Unfortunately, the Chipotle we once used to love and crave for is now dead. I can get past the small portions, but the food is absolutely disgusting. From employees who just throw your burrito around and could care less, to the chicken being near frozen, salsa being chunky, beans being soggy & wet, yet hard as a rock, and the chips being stale… it was the perfect storm. I also ordered guacamole for my burrito, and there was a 1/2 piece of avocado in there instead. I’m talking the full avocado with the indent of the seed still visible…!! I’d get over it if it were just this one time, but I’ve visited this same location around 7-8 times on drive home from work for dinner, and all but one experience has been the same. Not to mention, I haven’t seen any familiar faces in the restaurant. They go through people/turnover at this location like it’s nothing, and it shows with the lack of care the employees put into the food & service (likely severely underpaid). This is now the McDonalds of Mexican food…. Well, at least McDonald’s has great French Fries. Unfortunately, there are zero redeeming qualities at this location and I would recommend staying away if you’re hungry.

Terrible absolutely awful. The portion size is far under what they need to be giving out regularly. The bowls I get here are made for birds. Even with double options my bowl never even goes higher than the lip of the container. Awful location and highly recommend driving further just for better potion sizes and getting your moneys worth.
