The customer service and food are both great however they have an awesome employee by the name of Lupe that is always so kind and goes out of her way to help me. She is always kind and patient. They serve you a pound of rice with a lot of everything else without a care in the world, but when it comes to the protein their hand will even tremble almost as if they’re afraid to serve you too much of it.

Located right next to the new Trader Joe’s and California Fish Grill in Fox Hills, Chipotle had its long awaited grand opening today!
Now, I know what you might be thinking, “Isn’t there another Chipotle inside the Fox Hills Mall food court next door that has really bad Yelp reviews? Don’t they roughly share a parking lot?” Why yes, there is. For now, there are two Chipotles within .2 miles of each other in Fox Hills #jeopardytrivia.
While parking is insane right now with the holidays, this standalone, non-food court Chipotle should let you get your fix without having to step inside the mall. Once the holidays are over, the lot will be a lot more sane. From a food perspective, it’s Chipotle. As a chain, you should know what to expect. Note: this location isn’t serving margaritas like select Chipotles.
Inside, this is one of the smaller Chipotles that I’ve been to, much smaller than the Culver City location on Sepulveda or the location off the Rosecrans exit in Hawthorne. It kind of feels like what quick serve restaurants are like in New York City, not that this is a bad thing. There’s seven single stool spots along the window, a handful of 4 person tables, and a high table seating area immediately when you enter. They’re being efficient with the space, but I could see it getting crazy if this location becomes a big hit.
With its parking lot and friendly staff, it’s still a good Chipotle and a welcome option compared to the not great food court version, albeit a small one. Since this is literally Day 1, it does feel like some decor is missing. In fact, it’s one of the most minimalist Chipotles I’ve ever been to. When you walk in, look to the right at the big empty wall or the tile wall in front of you. It seems like there should be something there to match other Chipotles, but maybe it’ll go in later if at all. It’s no big deal, but see if you notice.
With Starbucks, California Fish Grill, Trader Joe’s, and now this Chipotle rounding it all out, this turned out to be a pretty sweet quick serve/food/snack/strip mall. Welcome to the neighborhood, Chipotle!

I enjoy eating at Chipotle because there food is healthy to eat. And it is close to my work place so that I can either pick up lunch or dine in. And I tried a new meat on the menu called Plant Based Chaoize which is pretty spicy and good. And you can choose your way to eat at Chipotle like either Taco, Burrito, Bowl, or Salad. And if you download the Chipotle app you can get points and get either free Chips and Dip, Free Drinks, or a Free Meal. So this is one of the places I like to eat for Chipotle.

Asked for a bowl with the tortilla underneath, and then charged me extra. I asked why, since it’s the same price as a burrito, and the response was “that’s just what we do”.
I then asked for a cheese quesadilla with pork on the side. Apparently, it’s not possible to order just that. I had to purchase a meal with two sides, and then they charged me for a chicken quesadilla PLUS a side of pork, that meal totally $11.80 pre tax.
Service was horrible, food was cold, and the tortilla was basically inedible/stale/hard.
I’ve been eating at chipotle for what, 15 ish years now, and I’ve never had an experience like this. I’m over chipotle entirely at this point. If this is how they do business, I’m not about it.
I called when I got home, and apparently I was speaking to the manager, so I asked to speak to the general manager, and she hung up on me.
There is too much competition for you to be so petty and incompetent.

I’ve never encountered such disrespect in my life. I simply asked Ethan for more rice, and he muttered something under his breath. When I asked him to repeat himself, he hurled a homophobic slur at me. I was so shocked and disgusted that I immediately walked out. It was a truly horrible experience.

I don’t ever leave reviews but this time I had too. The restaurant kitchen was so dirty. The food was cold and the corn I got on my bowl was really sour. I always get corn and it never tasted like this. The lobby was filthy as well. No type of cleaning was happening the 30 min I was there. The guy preparing my food was rude no hi what can I get you. The cashier was very quiet and did not speak to me at all. Only time she interacted with me was to tell me my total. First time and last time ever coming here. Maybe it was a bad day for them but I’m not giving it a second chance.

We have been getting our lunch and dinner from here many times but the employees are very cold and sometimes they do not care! They often serve without caring and by force! Their behavior and approach are definitely very bad! I can recommend it for the quality of the food but I never, ever recommend it for the employees!
