Honestly worse Chipotle experience ever . We waited patiently and when we were finally help , we weren’t told that they only had chicken, barbacoa and carnitas . I start ordering a bowl w lettuce rice and bean and when I said I wanted steak , she says we don’t have any , and I asked if they going to make more , they said no . Although it was barely 6:25 pm. How do they run out of ingredients already . The employee that was there started having an attitude and rolling her eyes when I said I no longer wanted the bowl. My daughter wanted a burrito which she was unable to roll and had to wait for another tortilla . Again doing everything with an attitude. Also it was dirty and unorganized. Very disappointed.

The reviews for this location are consistent with my experience. This is the second time we’ve come in 2-3 hours before closing and they’re out of half the menu. No veggies or sofritas (so, nothing for vegetarians), no salad dressing, and the only protein options were steak or chicken. They also didn’t have romaine.
They also NEVER offer the salad dressing anymore when you order a salad. When you ask for it, you get an attitude. That’s such odd behavior. Ingrid & the other employee weren’t kind.
The CEO wants to make Chipotle a place for those of us who make 100k a year, but this is how they treat customers? Good luck with that!

I’ve eaten chipotle for like 15 years and don’t have crazy high expectations but this is absolutely the most horrendous, cold, disgusting, disrespectful bowl I’ve ever received. Awful. Shut it down.

I ordered Bowl today March 18 during the lunch time.
The guy who helped me ordering food was so Kind and friendly!
They were out of steak but server kindly recommended for me instead of the steak.
Clean and fresh dinning area and friendly staff, hope they have steak in stock next time!

On January 31, 6:50 pm We waited in line for 10 minutes, and for the second time, the same staff member didn’t follow our instructions. We ordered two bowls, but she messed them up again. On top of that, she had an attitude with us, making us wonder if we were treated differently as an African-American and Indian couple. We left without wanting to argue or pay. Honestly, we’re tired of this and won’t be back if this keeps up.”

Came in about 2 hours before closing not only did they not have sour cream they didn’t have the The one thing that I really wanted to get, which is The new Sauce that they’re making, and when I asked if that the very least can I just get sour cream from the back They said no I won’t be coming back here again and this is the reason why I stopped eating at this restaurant completely. The only reason why I came was to try that new sauce that they were making and again I understand that your minimum wage workers I understand that you guys wanna go home, but it’s literally Before closing and the tables are up seats are up the drinks stations closed. This is completely acceptable.

Really bad customer service at this location. I arrived at 12:15 which is prime lunch hour and they had no chicken. When I asked how long it would take until the chicken was ready the lady was visibly annoyed and said she didn’t know. I asked her again and she finally went to her coworker and asked. I also asked another lady how many grams of protein they usually give in a serving and the lady answered me but seemed annoyed I asked a question. I asked no matter what it was.

Ingrid is a terrible employee. He was confrontational with my family member. He given the wrong change when my family member called it out politely. He then proceeded to gaslight my family member in saying the person didn’t ask nicely for the correct change.
