We stopped at this Chipotle around 8:30 pm while on a road trip (closing time was posted as 10 pm). Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The chicken in my bowl was completely burnt and inedible, we ended up throwing it away.
The servers seemed overwhelmed and frustrated because of the long line, and most of the food items were already empty by the time we ordered. It felt rushed, and the quality really suffered. I even noticed several other customers throwing away their food as well.
This was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve had. I honestly recommend avoiding this location. If it can’t be managed properly, it might be better to close it.

Waited 5+ minutes at the counter. Someone acknowledged we were there but no one ever came to take our order.
The 2.6 star rating is well earned and deserved. Skip it and find something else. We never did get a chance to order.

Awful, I do not recommend. I ordered a SALAD that had only a small handful of lettuce then had mounds of rice and beans placed on top of the lettuce, which welted the lettuce essentially cooking the lettuce. And when you order a salad thats not what you picture at all. I also ordered chips and tomato salsa not realizing that there was at least a tablespoon of flake salt in the bag. Yuck! Not a very nice surprise when I dumped the reminder of my chips in the same bowl as my ‘salad’ so very unpleasant. I paid over $30 for this bs. I expected my first experience with this place to be better. Will never order food again from Chipotle.

I went the day after the opening. Thursday the 18th. I placed an order through the app and went through the drive through. It took maybe 15 minutes but I figured it would take longer due to just opening and its popularity, so I was fine waiting.
My food was fresh. Exactly how I ordered. The lady at the window was friendly and sweet.
My chips could use a little more salt and lime but besides that everything was great!
Will definitely be back again.

i doordash often hoping for new results and the meat was constantly either overcooked, undercooked, or old. Disgusting. i tried too go inside and see if its anybetter and was extremely disappointed , my entire bowl tasted of sour cream and hurnt carne asada.

I went to the pick up drive thru and all the young girl said to me was “what’s the name?” In a bleh tone.
No customer service or “hi how are you tonight?”.
I even asked for a dressing and she just walked away, got it, handed it to me, and turned and walked away and never came back.
lol didn’t even say “have a good night”
Younger kids these days have no idea how to communicate or engage in a conversation (I’m only 34)
ANYWAYS, the food was okay. Could have used more meat, but small portions are expected everywhere

AVOID!!!! Zero starts on all levels! We had same experience as all the other previous reviews! Should have checked the reviews before going. Was expecting consistency from Chipotle like all the others— but no! Shocking!! Rude workers, dirty tables, meat and beans were out one hour before closing.

I came to chipotle at 9 PM December 1, there was a choppy lady she looks like she’s 33 years old or something I just want to report her she was freaking out she was so rude. She was so disgusting. She was so angry I don’t know why I just wanted to get my food, I wait for her 10 minutes, There was not any other customers she was just doing cleaning or something like that. She don’t even look at my face after 10 minutes I kindly ask her can I please order my food and she got very angry. She needs to be checked out as I see, she don’t like what she does.
