I noticed this Chipotle had a lot of rough reviews from a few months back, but it seems like they’ve really turned things around because I had a great experience here! The restaurant was clean and had plenty of seating.
I came in around 9:30 PM, which I absolutely hate doing because I never want to be “that” customer right before closing, but there aren’t many good late-night food options nearby, and I was seriously craving Chipotle. The woman behind the counter was incredibly nice and patient with my tipsy self. She was amazing and really stacked both the bowl and the quesadilla. My only complaint is the price, $33 for two items is wild, but honestly everything is overpriced these days.
The food itself was really good. The queso was a bit salty for my taste, but everything else was delicious. I don’t eat Chipotle often, but I’d definitely come back here if I’m craving a late-night bite again!

I’ve been to a lot of locations in Las Vegas, but this one in particular is the absolute best. Everyone from the manager to the cook was awesome, professional and attentive. The energy was high, the food was incredibly fresh. Special thanks to this team for providing a clean, cool atmosphere on a beautiful Sunday.

I walked in, and none of the employees greeted me or welcomed me. There was one person ordering food there was me and then another person walked in and the other person was not greeted either. There were about three employees working nobody said anything and apparently nobody is efficient enough and customer service oriented to at least address customers as they walk in. All of the food bins seemed empty and it looked like they ran out of food. Too bad not the best place not the best first impression either whoever owns this or whoever franchise this place you need to check your employees. This is horrible.

New location. I stopped by and had the best experience that I’ve had at any Chipotle. The service was speedy and excellent. I wasn’t met with any type of attitude when making special requests. The workers actually looked happy to be there. This one is closer to home than the one I normally go to. The worker even have me a BOGO coupon for an entree the next time I come in! I’m so glad this location opened up and will definitely be eating Chipotle more often now.

New and CLEAN store. The employees take great care of this location. The food prep is spotless, staff are happy, dining room is well-maintained, and the parking lot is spacious and easy to get inside and out on Warm Springs, near Eastern. The food is delicious, including the steak, barbacoa, and the new chipotle honey chicken (this one’s a little spicy). Chips, salsa, and queso are fresh – I recommend the larger bag if you like extra chips. Mexican Coke is available, too!

Love chipotle as a whole but this one on something else. Prices going up and portions getting smaller. Don’t order extra rice because you will sacrifice the rest of your ingredients to get hard uncooked rice. This location is falling apart!

This chipotle location was really good has really fast service and of course amazing food. I got a bowl with chicken, white rice, queso lettuce, and cheese, would recommend is a very great combo, but 100% comeback.

The chipotle is nice. However, they are always out of sofritas when we come in. We always have to wait for them to cook them. Then today, not only were they out of sofritas, they then ran out of white rice. There was no line nor was it close to closing. This is unexpected.
