More of a “Rice Burrito”.
Ordered a steak burrito for pickup with the standard meat, beans, rice, and salsa. While the flavors were exactly as expected for Chipotle, the proportions were way off.
The Fill: The burrito was 90% rice. If you’re looking for a rice-heavy meal, it’s fine, but there was very little steak to be found.
Price vs. Value: At $10+, the lack of protein makes it hard to justify.
I wouldn’t order from this specific location again. For the price, you expect a more balanced burrito, not a giant ball of rice.

(ENGLISH) At this Chipotle, conveniently located opposite the UNLV Student Union, you can have your Honey Chicken Salad and eat it too. Since you can build your own dish, even a vegetarian or somebody on a Keto diet can have it their way by starting with a salad base and adding a protein of their choice. Having the patio dining facing busy Maryland Parkway wouldn’t have been my choice though.

Ordered online and paid extra for guacamole that wasn’t in my bowl. Not to mention it took forever to be made as I arrived and it still wasn’t done. This was the only thing I was going to have to eat today as I was very busy running errands and at work. Normally I wouldn’t leave a negative review but it’s very unfortunate to pay for something and not receive it.

The store manager ignored me when I was helped by my son to the register. Even after the clerk told her I wanted to speak . She proceeded to help other people in the line rather than acknowledging me.
An upper manager directed the store manager to get my contact information and details for the record. They did not express any concern about my well being.
My overall experience is poor.
I felt that the manager was defensive and accusatory regarding the incident and she was dismissive of my pain.

I ordered food via Uber eats, and through my Uber driver requested that he asked if they can add more lettuce than rice. The driver told me that he was told to tell me if I wanted extra lettuce that I would have to add it in the app. Mind you he was in the shop as we were texting each other through the app. There’s absolutely no way to add extra lettuce, or more lettuce than rice on the app. For something so simple to just add it, because they could’ve added it while I was standing in front of them, how hard is that? I wasn’t asking for anything that was extra that needed to be paid for.

If I could give this location NEGATIVE stars I would first of all the two Mexican girls working in the front are VERY rude and impolite. Horrible service and nothing was ready to be served they were basically out of everything. The only reason I left with a smile was because of the cashier Jannie I believe her name was she was so sweet and helpful! I asked the girl on the second station if they had any vinaigrette and she said “don’t know” didn’t even look at me either and once I was checking out with Jannie she said “I heard you wanted vinaigrette” I said yesss do you guys have some by any chance she said “yes ofc it’s free with every purchase” she was SO SO SWEET she needs a raise!! Everyone seemed so miserable and rude working there except for her!!

The brown rice in my carnitas burrito was completely uncooked. The grains of rice were tiny and hard. The burrito was inedible.

Food is extremely salty, I’m 26 years old and I could barely eat my bowl because everything tastes so oddly salty. Portions were great I just think the cooks or prep should work on not adding so much salt it’s almost inedible honestly

Service at this location is always good. The workers are smiling and welcoming.
Stand in line and order your dish. I always have the salad with steak, corn, and stir-fried vegetables. Sometimes, I’ll ask for guacamole on the side. Don’t forget to ask for the salad dressing. That’s the game changer.
Overall, great tasting meat. They do get busy, and at one time, there were no napkins in the dispenser. Due to the high volume of patrons, someone should be monitoring the self-help station for forks, napkins, and drink covers. It’s always messy around that area.
