Jessica then told me I can try to order on the app to get it but clearly terms and conditions says BOGO offer is only in restaurant and cannot be redeemed any other way.
These are the terms and conditions stated on the website: Limited to five free menu items per check and is subject to availability. Each free item requires purchase of an entrée item of equal or greater value. Valid only on November 26, 2025, after 4 p.m. local time. Redeemable in-restaurant only, at participating U.S. Chipotle locations; not valid for catering, mobile, online or delivery orders. Kids’ meals do not count as an entrée purchase. Purchased entrées are eligible for Chipotle Rewards points; the promotion may not otherwise be combined with other coupons, promotions, or special offers. Additional restrictions may apply; void where prohibited.
I did report this issue via the apps contact us button and will absolutely follow up on this as deals and promotions should be followed per the terms set forth by the company as intended. When I asked their names they handed me a card however I had to walk back into the restaurant to get their names because the card was for Jesus Moreno however I was speaking with two women, Jessica and another lady who was at the register.
Food was great as always tho
Needless to say, I won’t be coming back to this location. If you want to act like a baby because you didn’t pay attention to what I was asking for, then good luck staying sane in retail I guess; I’m just not going to put up with passive aggressiveness over doing your job.
I had such a great experience during my visit to Chipotle. Mayet, Araceli, and Alex went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They greeted me with warm smiles, handled my order with care, and worked together so smoothly even during a busy time. Their professionalism and kindness truly stood out and made my meal extra enjoyable.
Thank you to this amazing team for their outstanding service — they represent Chipotle at its best!
However, the food quality has drastically gone down, and several employee orders are often incorrect or missing something. I can see why it was on the actual news and social media shortly after this purchase.
This was the owners personal item:
Ordered a Burrito Bowl with Smoked Brisket, which is $2.10 more. Added white rice, fresh tomato salsa, green chili salsa, fajita veggies, romaine lettuce, cheese and sour cream.
The Smoked Brisket was 99.8% chunks of fat. You can see that in the pic on the plate next to the bowl. Those were the chunks of “brisket” (aka: lard) that I I didn’t eat. The actual “meat” is the two tiny slivers next to the sour cream. There was No fajita veggies. The romaine lettuce is the few strips you see on the side of the bowl next to the sour cream. The bowl mostly consisted of the rice and black beans and the tomato salsa. You can see how deep the rice and beans mix is based on the fork that is upright in the bowl. There was no cheese. I’m sure the green salsa was added, but probably blended in with the rice as they would usually put it on top of the veggies and lettuce that were missing.
Also, I had to get a paper plate to put my bowl on as you can see how greasy the bottom of the bowl is from what you can see in the picture. I should have taken a picture of the actual bottom of the paper bowl that they serve this in. It was really bad. Glad I was not in a vehicle and put it on the seat.
Our company no longer comes here.
Food: I am a huge salad eater as most of you know. I love the SOFRITAS option here. It gives plant eaters more options, other than guac. Though the guac is good here too lol. This is how I make my salad:
•Lettuce
•Light brown rice
•Both beans, drained
•Sofritas
•Peppers
•Hot salsa
•Pico
•Corn
•Guaccc
Service: The ladies here are always kind, quick, and helpful. I don’t remember ever being in line for too long.
Environment: I’ve never noticed the cute art that’s on the walls around the restaurant. Check it out when you can. The metal pieces are my favorite ^_^
NTT [[Next Time Try]]: I like to tell myself that I’m going to eventually eat a taco here.
Smile, eat, hydrate. Hope to see you out there! xo
