Waited 20 minutes for triple steak and barbacoa and got an amount worth about 1.5 scoops MAX. No wonder Chipotle stock is down. SMH. Never returning to this location. Does this look like 4X meat ? Or 35 dollars worth ? I don’t think so.

The service here is absolutely the worst. They made customers wait outside until 10:40 before opening the doors, which is unacceptable. When I pointed out that there was way too much sour cream on my bowl (see photo), the employee told me “this is standard.” That is not standard, it’s sloppy. Between the late opening, the attitude, and the food quality, I will never eat here again. Horrible experience. Do better!

Ive never written a bad review before or a review at all for that matter, and usually this location is actually pretty good, but the burrito they just gave me was actually insane, she didnt even give me a half scoop of chicken, Which is insane not even one full scoop it was like 4 tiny pieces. I had to ask for more rice twice, and she had the audacity to double the entire burritos contents with the mild salsa when i said just a little bit of mild. they literally gave me a salsa burrito with a very small amount of chicken cheese peppers and rice. this actually ruined my whole night like i couldn’t express that enough. I took 2 bites disassembled it and got so mad looking at it that i just threw it away, not sure if the girl was new or not so not sure whats going on there but man this just makes me want to drive further to the other location on saint rose.

I haven’t been to Chipotle in a few years… decided to try it out again. I’ll never go back to another Chipotle as long as I live. The way this place rips you off and what they charge you is outrageous. I asked for a scoop of steak and it was literally 6 small pieces of steak so I asked for a second scoop and the same thing.. This company is awful and they got greedy. 2 small scoops of meat and it came out to about $13.. it didn’t even taste that good. Never again

I walk in today and waited like 5 to 8 minutes. I saw 3 employees behind the prepping counter laughing and yelling over the food as they prepared. 2 more male employees in the back just chattig, one walks up to the counter looks at me and walks away. A girl was checking someone out at the register, and after he leaves she walks towards me and looks at me then just starts opening packages. NOT one employee greeted me the entire time. There was old food all over the counter top and all the food containers were very low. I ended up walking out. The manager at the location on Eastern needs to learn how to manage their employees. It was so dirty inside and not one employee cared about helping me. Mind you, this was around 5:30, not even near closing time. I will never go back to this location. Gross.

This chipotle is one of the worst ones i’ve ever been to, but no matter who’s working here, the terrible customer service is always the same.But the upside is I go here because it’s never busy, when I have to do business on this side of town.So I still come here because i’m happy to get in and out quickly…the other good chipotle are always busy and that can be frustrating, but probably because their food is fresh and the customer service is good. I would have rated the atmosphere higher because it’s one of the nicer locations as far as the setup for dining and the view.However, the poor customer service takes away from that score.

Came here to avoid the awful Chipotle on Sunset, just to find this location with no veggies, nothing fresh, and nobody cooking but they’re “running out of food.” Chipotle… please get it together. Service is becoming trash. Lord, bless us with a CAVA—they would NEVER.

Ordered Uber Eats and my meals were upside down in the sealed bag, causing all salsa to leak out and saturate the bottom of the bag. My Izzy drink was missing too. Good luck if you order from them. Really disappointed with my expensive delivery experience.

Omg we got the best bowls on planet earth from the ladies closing tonight ! We left happy and full the 2 ladies working were so nice to us and friendly it made our visit pleasant we love friendly people so they both get a 10 /10 from me the food was delicious and queso was the best you have get the queso it’s life
