We want to take a moment to recognize an exceptional team at Chipotle for delivering a truly standout customer experience. Ashley greeted us at the beginning of the line with warmth and professionalism. Noah continued the service seamlessly, maintaining a positive and attentive attitude. Jen and Jaden finalized our order, remaining pleasant, efficient, and engaged through the entire interaction.
There was a delay caused by a challenging situation with a customer ahead of us, which led to the line backing up. Even so, the team handled it with patience, clear communication, and grace. They worked diligently to keep things moving while thoughtfully managing expectations. Most importantly, they acknowledged the inconvenience and made accommodations to ensure we still left satisfied.
It is rare to encounter this level of genuine care and professionalism. Their ability to stay calm, courteous, and solution oriented in a difficult moment speaks volumes about their character and teamwork. Ashley, Noah, Jen, and Jaden absolutely earned this five star review.

It has been a year since my roach/bug incident, (pictures are further in reviews) and after avoiding this location for that time, it’s clear that cleanliness is still an issue. A restaurant inspector seriously needs to step in. Not only did I find a bug in my food, but I actually bit into it, which was extremely traumatic. I wouldn’t wish that experience on anyone. The manager clearly does not care about the restaurant or their customers. If they did, there wouldn’t be so many complaints about the restaurant being dirty and unclean. What’s even more concerning is that the manager showed no remorse for my horrible experience .
I strongly recommend going to the Chipotle on Eastern instead.

Idk the managers name but he was white with arm tattoos. Super nice and friendly. Amazing customer service. Best I’ve seen from Chipotle ever. Glad to have found this location and will be coming back more frequently

All tables dirty. Trash overflowing. Drink station out of lids and filthy. You could not pay me to drink the normally crave-able lemonades. We got a kids meal and after asking about the chips and drink and confirming what we wanted, the cashier forgot to give it to me so I had to ask.

Where is the manager at for this location?? It’s ALWAYS dirty. Trashes overfilled. Behind the counter it’s kids running it and just playing around. They could Care less about you or your order. Replace the manager or let someone who will actually care franchise this location and clean house with the staff!!

I observed two women ask a staff member if one of the tables could be cleaned so they can sit down and eat and the guy BLATANTLY ignored her and continued talking to his friends.

Chipotle lanes at a complete standstill eight cars deep I go inside ask for some help maybe get my order on the counter instead of waiting in this line not one person comes up to talk to me or greet me or do anything. The reviews! Look at the reviews! The rice was soooo hard. The meat was so flavorless. Every thing was dirty as MANY others have said in the reviews about this location. After this I am DONE with Chipotle. So first thing first Kyla “accidentally”got my order wrong. Up charged me and I ended up paying for the person behind me. Soon as I went back in to correct it, all of the staff stood around eachother and made me very uncomfortable. As soon as I walked in the girl making my food was extremely rude and immediately showed signs of discrimination. Didn’t get her name, but she was rude and pretty much threw my food around. She stared up and down at me the entire time. Soon as the next customer came up, of course with a different skin tone, she immediately greeted them with open arms. I will be contacting the restaurant and cooperate about how racist she was towards me. I WILL get her name. See you soon. Next time don’t judge a book by its cover.

My daughter and I had dinner here for the first time and loved it! Amazing customer service, the staff here is very friendly and answers all of your questions; don’t forget to ask for extra corn! Another hidden gem/Easter egg about this place are the lemonades! If you don’t try the hibiscus, you have no soul; it’s a game changer, and you need to drink it every time you come here.

This newer Chipotle location in Las Vegas was an excellent stop for a recent lunch. When I visited, there was no wait, which made it nice and quick. As always, the quality of their food was incredible, and the staff here was very nice and speedy. Check out this Chipotle of you’re on this side of town.
