Think I arrived during a lunch break or shift change. Took a while to get burritos for the 2 people ahead of me. Other than that, no complaints. Food was good and made properly.

The employees were rude. Didn’t have steak and didn’t know how long it would take to cook. We would be charged for upgrade of carne asada. They didn’t know what they were doing. Had to repeat ourselves many times after letting them know what we wanted.

SO SLOW. customer service is so slow here. Moves at a snails pace. They have more people working on the mobile orders and not enough on the person who are actually IN THE STORE.

Just leaving, they’ve been open for 30 min and don’t have white rice. They don’t know when they’ll get it because their grille staff is on a break. After waiting in line, accepting my order isn’t really the way I like it at the register the man says, we can’t take cards as our server is down. I can’t believe the person making the food doesn’t know that so I can be warned. I could’ve left for my bank ATM, in the same shipping center and come back. Maybe they’d have the rice by then. So disappointed at this moment. I used to come here a couple times a week. Used to.

Great food and service. Can’t knock it. We are Chipotle noobs and have only been here a half dozen times. But this place at Lake Mead is just great. All meats are spiced really well. Lines move fast even though they have a constant flow in the drive-thru. Great portions, tasty and nutritional foods with a nice selection of side ingredients. Burrito or bowl, this is one of our favorites now.

Had a 25 dollar gift card so we went to use it. Got a chicken burrito and the new brisket burrito, we added guacamole to each one, so it ended up being over 25 bucks for two burritos. They were good, but not great. The fillings were fresh and tasty, but the ratio of meat to fillers is crazy. You get about 10 percent meat compared to rice, beans and veggies, etc. The guacamole that was over 3 bucks per burrito is barely visible. That’s a pretty pricey burrito. I would come here again but only if Tortaco, Roberto’s, and Faustos, or any other taco shop was closed. Customer service was friendly.

All but one person behind the counter was rude and impatient. One of the persons making the food stands there and looks at you without saying a word. Cashier was rude when I asked to get my food to go since they only had one salad dressing. Counter was dirty, too. Is customer service a completely dead tradition?

If you are a delivery driver for DoorDash, UberEats, or whatever avoid this place. I watched an employee my pick up order on her screen spend close to 10 minutes making a single burrito. That doesn’t even include the 10 minutes I waited for them to pull up the order at all. 20 minutes for 1 Chipotle burrito is an absolute joke.

The young 16 year old burrito builder was amazing. He was holding down the fort while his partner was just standing next to him doing nothing. Kudos to him. Whatever salary hes making is NOT enough. Will return just for him
