I had a really great experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill! The food was very, very good — everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The meats were especially tasty and perfectly seasoned, which made my meal even better. The service was nice and friendly, and the staff made sure everything was prepared just the way I wanted it. Overall, it was a delicious meal with great customer service, and I’d definitely come back again!

Me and my brother prefer vegetable foods always and we both drive Commercial trucks around United States all the time.
We were passing by and this one was on our way. We parked our truck back side huge parking lot . This place is busy, long line , I been to plenty of Chipotle around all states, this one seems busy , they take bit time to take your orders but they do it so nicely.
I will come back to this place whenever I come back to Las Vegas.

I’ve eaten at this location multiple times and there seems to be something that changed recently that really negatively affects this location. I waited in line for nearly 35 minutes, while people in line were doing pickup orders that were somehow done before me actually ordering in person. However the lady working the register AND prepping orders was doing such a good job! Definitely won’t be back to this location, also due to the gentleman with the curly head that was not wearing a hair net and hovering above all the food. Needs a new manager I’m assuming?

Chipotle…I have been boycotting this establishment (not this location) this company since about 5 years back the quality of the meat was so poor that I just couldn’t stomach it any longer. I kept getting meat knuckles in my protein. Didn’t matter which one I got and I did not care for the sofritas (vegan) alternative.
Anyhow, my family gave it a second chance after reading that the company found better protein providers and took customers’ feedback seriously.
Food wise we all three had a pretty good experience. The restaurants’ temperature was a bit cold for me but I get it folks are working in a hot kitchen. Also, the music bumping loud but I actually enjoy that. It’s not for everyone. Listen to the video. They did seem very short staffed. I’ve noted on my last two restaurant visits the managers were mainly driving food output NOT managing per se. I also noted that at Cafe Rio and Chipotle they both appeared to be understaffed. This may be to cut costs or folks calling in sick/no-shows. It’s got to be tough grinding like that as a manager because really effectively you should be overseeing unless my understanding is dated. Anyhow, the food was ample, hot and good. Not blow my socks off but good. For three meals and drinks it was $45.23. The drink machines stayed empty the entire hour. I had to wait 10 minutes for a to go container. The application promised free guacamole but did work. So, I had to see the manager (who somewhat blamed me but gave me an override for it anyhow). So, on your first download you get a free side of guacamole. So be sure to collect that while you are there. It was a pain.

UPDATE: Had lunch again today and the service and daily operations have not improved. Today, when they opened there was no cheese or white rice on-the-line at first and some of the staff were just plain clueless. This place needs some better supervision soon.

First, they had ONLY one server/preparer on station, one person just standing around as the cashier, a supervisor, a cook and one other person doing who knows what. The problem this caused was a long backup of customers, which only increased the time you had to wait to place and receive your order (FYI – this was around 1330 hours after the lunch hour rush). On top of that they had run out of some items, i.e. peppers & onions and the server/preparer had to also alternate serving and changing out the canisters of food. Took way too long to get our food today and there was no need for that. Finally, while there were plenty of tables to sit at, many of them had not been cleaned off or wiped down. Food was okay today but the service and cleanliness was definitely not up to par today.

Last three times I was there, the line was to the door. My average wait time in line was about a half hour. They only have one person dealing with the customers and ringing them up. It’s that way every time I go in there. Then when I finally get to place my order, they want me to wait another ten minutes because they are always out of at least one item. I told them I wasn’t going to wait after I’ve already stood in line for a half hour, I just walked out. I will never, ever go there again.
