The food was good. However, every table was dirty, the trash was full, and the floors desperately needed to be swept. There were no napkins in the dispenser, so we asked for a few and used them to wipe down our table. Maybe we walked in right after a rush or something?

Been going to Chipotle for over a decade in other states. This one just opened amidst local controversy. The food was still delicious and I liked that they have a mobile app since the last time I ate at Chipotle elsewhere. The staff is all new since the store just opened so they seem a bit frantic and stressed, but still getting the job done quickly. Since I ordered through the app, it says my first order gets free chips. When we asked for them, they didn’t seem to know and declined, then changed their mind and gave them to us. Getting in and out of the parking lot takes local knowledge. I didn’t remember that beer was on their menu, but it is here. I don’t drink so that makes it less family-friendly to me, although I didn’t see anyone drinking while I was there. Selling beer seems to be about demand and profit because it goes against their principles of local, fresh food and environmental friendliness.

We have been ordering from this Chipotle for a while and initially the issue was that I would leave plenty of time for my order to be made, beyond what it said on the app, and still they would not start to make it until after I arrived. But, the main reason for the bad review is that we ordered two different vegan bowls and there was meat in both of them, big chunks of meat. I know the CEO said that meat alternatives are a passing fad, I guess sustainability has no long term potential, but to me eating animals is for old time conservatives and republicans, you can’t love animals and eat them, that is just twisted, and to me putting meat in vegan orders is worse than sloppy, especially because as of now there are 40000 people out there who have been bit by the lone star tick and are allergic to meat, if their negligence causes and allergic reaction, that’s a lawsuit, but I am a vegan athlete who just cares about the planet, my health and I would like the option of not eating my fellow earthlings, unfortunately Chipotle does not respect that, so they have lost my respect.

Corporate should really audit this location. I come here alot and they absolutely never open on time. They are habitually late and don’t even have the courtesy to open on time and simply say they need a few more minutes for the line to be ready. Also ignoring customers outside who do show up when you are supposed to be open according to both Google and the hours of service on your door is really not a good look. I would love to see improvement specifically in this area.

Got our salad and asked for two water cups. The attendant said we’re out of water cups. I repeat her, “you’re out of water cups?” So, we buy a drink cup, which she charges us for, and sit down. I look at my receipt and she overcharged us as well. A few minutes later a homeless person walks in and ask for a water cup and they reach behind the counter and give her one. I walk up to confront her and she back-pedals and said the water cups are for kids meals. I reminded her what she said and that she didn’t tell me the truth and she just replies, sorry, and stairs at me. Can’t help but to laugh and never go back. lol.

This chipotle is by far the worst chipotle I have ever been to. They are constantly always out of ingredients. The service there is never good, not very friendly whatsoever and could care less that they can’t complete an order. I have gave them many chances and seem to be let down every time I go there. I would not recommend going to this location. This Santa Fe chipotle needs to do better. I have seen other locations in other states that are 10 times better than the one here.
