Have been there twice in the last month. 1st visit I ordered the beef bowl cause I saw it advertised on TV. The beef was very tough & had a lot of gristle in it. So, the 2nd time I went a couple of weeks later, I ordered the chicken bowl. The chicken was burnt, actually black on one side. I had ordered to go, so I was not in the restaurant when I opened my order or I would have asked for some un-burnt chicken. I’m not too impressed. Here’s a picture of the chicken.

Food is okay. My dad and I have eaten here 3 times so far and we notice the workers all look so grumpy. No one smiles. No one greets you when you enter. Puts a real bummer on the atmosphere.

The food was great with many options. Heavy cardboard bowl or large tortilla. Unless you have them skimp on servings, you will probably get two meals from the bowl. A variety of meats, fillers, veggies. One topping was guacamole, which was fresh. I was full and Happy with my meal (and the leftovers)!

17 for a half filled plate of carne asada that is tough as hell.let me clarify..I got a out a cup or 6 oz of asada on top of rice with a little guac and sour cream.the bowl wasn’t even half filled. I was in shock because they don’t list the prices on the menu above your head rather save it as a surprise. What a scam. In LA asada isn’t that expensive unless your in a restaurant and a waiter is serving you! No tortillas . They forgot my lettuce..ughh. I could of got some millenasia from carneceria and fedy whole family instead. Only regrets ,unfortunately.

Food was good, we visited around 7pm and the place wasn’t busy. It took almost 5 mins to be acknowledged by 4 employees. Sorry to say but lack of customer service doesn’t help business.
As other guests filtered in the exact same thing happened, I hope going forward management addresses greeting customers.
