First time & the dude was absolutely awesome service. Didn’t really get the whole explanation but the food in a bowl and finally told they extra charge whatever. No limit since it was our first visit, we like to experience everything. Could see how people don’t like it until their total is rung. Food industry will tell you they don’t put prices on the menu because it’s easier to over charge. Either way it was a great experience & the food is great. CHIPS & GUAC WERE THE BEST

Mixed feelings. Carne asada burrito was good and big but it was cold and super expensive. Almost $23 for a burrito with extra meat and a cup of water! How high can this stuff go before people just make their own food? But it was tasty and served fast. The meat was warm but everything else inside was cold and made it seem like eating leftovers from the fridge even though i got it to stay.

I don’t even want to give it any stars. The staff on Saturday December 27th around 2:40 was horrible no customers survive what so ever VERY RUDE! Either there is not enough staff on schedule or they need new staff. Chips were old , asked about my order the lady gave so much attitude. They seemed really bothered when people were ordering. Nothing was ready. The store was just disgusting mess everywhere, tables and we’re not clean. WOULD NOT EAT IN THAT STORE. Will not be going back to this location ever again!! GET NEW STAFF OR HIRE PEOPLE THAT WANT TO WORK AND LESS ATTITUDE.

One of these things is not like the other…
We ordered a sofritas salad and a brisket bowl and got home to discover the first photo. It was half empty and missing half of the ingredients. I’ve never seen Chipotle miss the mark THIS much. There wasn’t even brisket in the bowl! We had to drive BACK to the store at 9pm to show them and have them remake it. Now, I could have let this go if I was greeted with a semblance of customer service, but you will not find it here. All the workers, including the manager, rolled their eyes and seemed bothered that I would request them to remake it. I also did not get one single apology. The second photo was after they had remade our bowls- that’s what it was supposed to look like the first time! Do better!

I love chipotle but this store is extreme dirty. Every table was dirty. There was no utensils napkins the area for drinks was filthy. The staff was inattentive and when asked for items they acted as if it was a burden. Well, other employees are standing around messing around with each other. One girl is left cleaning the entire restaurant. While others stand around doing nothing, Samantha was the only person willing to clean . I think that if everybody made a valid team effort, it would be like the store would not be so dirty and a more enjoyable experience

I ordered a pickup door dash order since I had some credit to use. I ordered a burrito, bowl and chips and guac. My experiences have been getting worse every time I come here and this is no exception. Here is a picture of the burrito bowl. It was supposed to contain brisket, rice, beans, salsa, fajita veggies. They didn’t put any beans and the brisket was literally a pinch worth that they put on the end of the bowl. Crapotle what is going on?? I paid 5 dollars extra for this? Horrible! Also there is a serious lack of customer service. No greeting or acknowledgement from staff.
