We ordered catering online that came from the Montgomery and San Mateo location. I can’t tell you how happy we were with the quality and quantity of the food. We order the build your own highest price option for 35 people and it was delicious! The food was also delivered on time.

Haven’t been to Chipotles in years because the quality of their food had gone way down. Decided to give them another try when I was left with limited choices hoping they had improved. Ordered a meat quesadilla and a side of queso. The meat was dry, hardly any cheese, it was gross, I ended up throwing it away after a few bites. The kicker was when I given my change I was told they were out of pennies, so I wasn’t going to get my full change back. Why am I having to pay for them not having the correct change? I will go hungry before ever eating at Chipotles again.

I’ve worked at chipotle, I know how it works. It’s fun sometimes, it’s annoying sometimes it’s busy sometimes, you wanna close on time, I get it. However, I go to this location often and my latest visit was at about 9pm on 12/21/2025 there’s only one person visible in the whole store, (who by the way walked out of the back when I got there) He was BLITZED clearly high or drunk had absolutely terrible customer service, you guys are still open for at least and hour and he claimed to be out of queso “for the night” same with chicken until I asked him twice, because that’s kind of ridiculous. I know people have lives outside of work and want to get home on time, I’ve been there. You don’t close for another hour though and your employees act like they couldn’t care any less about their job. That’s frustrating. I expect better when I’m paying close to 20 dollars for a meal. I also know Chipotle’s standards and this store is a joke. Do better.
I’d choose a different location if you’d like to go to Chipotle.

I have ordered from here so many times and never had an issue. Well from now on I will not be eating here again. The chicken I got was cold and uncooked. I ended up with food poisoning. I have tried making a claim online on their website since no phone number is listed. I wonder why.

Ordered 2 burritos, one with an extra tortilla, paid online for pickup through the drive thru.
Arrived on time for pick up order was told it wasn’t ready and to swing around, so I did. When I drove around it placed me behind two other vehicles. I waited 20 minutes in that drive thru line. Received my order, drove home and when I opened up my order was very disappointed that my two burritos were both made into bowls and no tortillas provided.

Never and I mean NEVER order this place online. They will upcharge you and give you less food every time. Double wrap burrito with double chicken? Try double wrap with half a serving of chicken, next to no rice, lettuce and anything else meaningful. My order should’ve been one of the larger things you could get from Chipotle but what I got looks like it was off a kids menu. Disgraceful.

I just ordered two bowls to take home and then when I opened my bowls the veggies that I ordered and payed for were not in my bowl. And if it were my food I wouldn’t really care but I bought this for someone and that is really disappointing to hear that the main thing that they ordered on the bowl isn’t there. This is horrible service I don’t care that I did a online order all orders should b3 treated the same way as one being made in store in front of customers. So that is why im giving a 1 star. I’ve slowly stopped coming here because of that very reason but I thought I could trust your employees with my money to make me the bowls I wanted but I was wrong to do so.

I’ve always loved chipotles food but they’ve gone downhill over the past couple years and this location specifically is awful. The last straw that pushed me away to where I will never come back happened today, I ordered my food online and went through the drive through to pick it up. The bowl had maybe a quarter scoop of rice, a couple pieces of steak, a few huge pieces of barely cut bell pepper, and a tiny bit of cheese. I paid $15 for a 1/6 filled bowl. After this I don’t even know if I will eat at chipotle again because they clearly do not care about their customers anymore

I had the garlic guajillo steak bowl and it was very tasty. This visit was the first time I tried this protein option and I was not disappointed. This location was not busy and everything was very fresh. I will eat here again when I am in the neighborhood.
