Can the view be any better? Best view from any Chipotle I have ever visited! Oh, and of course the food and the staff service – always outstanding. Yummy!
But running „online orders only“ is a very annoying feature. There is not even a self service counter. Only order online via phone. I don’t like that and I hope this will not be a common thing in the future.
The staff at the cashier was a male with a neck tattoo and a beard, with horrible attitude, he had a snobby attitude and his sarcasm was definitely offensive.
When ordering we were a family of 5 and I was making a bowl for both my mother and I while the rest made their owns bowls. She doesn’t eat chipotle often and needed assistance on what may possibly take good. As I was helping her the steak ran out and the young lady with glasses was so kind and patient and said we can get the steak scooped to our bowl later on when it was finished. The male staff at the cashier made sarcastic mentions saying “yea take you time, it’s good for business” “it’s not like there’s customers behind you” keep in mind the staff were running around trying to restock on the missing items so it wasn’t really my fault for the slow process. He continued to make sarcastic remarks and later kept trying to say I added guac to my bowl to upcharge me which was incorrect as well as charge us extra for “side of steak” because they ran out of steak and would scope it on the side rather than the bowl. Keep in mind it’s a steak bowl? We just had to wait on the steak. The payment process was horrible as well, system was down and we had to wait.
The women staff did amazing on trying to help everyone, it was just that male staff who was rude. There’s way more to mention about what he said but I want to finish eating and enjoying this view as the rest of my day in Sedona.
Management should be embarassed, but Corporate should get involved. Not a good look for Chipotle at all.
