Came in sunday afternoon pretty excited to try the carne asada with chimichuri. It tasted good but honestly was just disappointed by the small portion in the bowl, nowhere near what you used to get for your money. We ordered some queso and chips and even that was just a small container. None of the employees were smiling, all seemed unhappy to be there. There were no napkins, I asked a girl behind the counter thats what I was told only to see 2 other people that asked for the same get handed napkins. Honestly this was my worst experience at a Chipotle.

I have celiac disease meaning I have to eat gluten free. The Staff was phenomenal!! The employee I was working with was new and they immediately asked their higher ups for a review of procedures so I was able to watch exactly how they handle and train for allergens – it was hands down one of the easiest and safest experiences I’ve had eating out since being diagnosed!

Never ordering from this chain again. Paid 70$ for the two bowls and 6 tacos. The bowls had less then half the portions we have gotten in the past. Called in to customer service and got told there was nothing they could do. Don’t waste your time.

Very good food, very filling, and great fountain drink selection! Their chips and queso are excellent and fresh, and all of the ingredients that go into their products appeared fresh as well. We usually get to-go orders; you can use their app to order ahead. Those orders have been ready-to-go and accurate every single time.

I was excited to finally try this place . I got a chicken bowl with guacamole. Overall it was good. I’m not sure if it was the guacamole or maybe the salsa, but something was off. Honestly, it could’ve been the hot food with cold guacamole, idk, but overall it was a great place to eat.

Walked in, waited in like for about 15 minutes and when we got to front they told us they were out of chicken, it would be about five minutes and they would call us back up to order. Cool, that would have been no problem. However, immediately after us, the family ordered chicken, and they went and pulled some from the take out area. We watched this happened with the next two orders. My wife went up and asked why we couldn’t order chicken. The girl working the line said they were still out, and the guy who originally told us he’d call us back up to order just ignored us and went about doing whatever it was he was doing. Hard pass, won’t be back.

I made a pickup order online and was hoping it would save me some time and aggravation. I was so WRONG! I had 4 orders and was asking if everything was in it including the milk for the 2 kids meals. The bearded employee then turned to a young kid and asked if he put the milk in the bag. His reply was “I think so uhhh!” . Since that wasn’t reassuring, I started to take the food out of the bag to check the order. I then told the bearded man, that the milks were not in the bag. I had my boys in the car and they were starving, tired, and cranky and I was desperate for the day to be over and to be home eating our dinner. Then I asked them what about the side orders for the kids like the fruit and the bag of chips that come with the kids meals. Since they were in cardboard containers I didn’t want to take everything out so that it would get cold before I got home so I asked them if they happen to put the side orders in the containers, the bearded man replied ” yes they are inside the containers you’re all set!” Went home and found out I am missing their side orders. This is so frustrating! These two guys had no intention on actually doing what their job description entails. They literally got paid for being lazy as hell! I call customer service and they were generous enough to surprise me with a refund. People need to start taking their lives more seriously here in Tucson! This is so freaking ridiculous and happens way too often!

We ordered online and drove to pick up our order and they completely got the order all wrong. They substituted chicken for steak and white rice for brown rice. We ordered double meat and they didn’t give us what we asked. How difficult is it to read what was ordered online and fulfill the order?!? Never going there again!

my family and i love chipotle, but i’ve noticed with pick up orders we are given less food than if we had waited in line. we ordered double protein and only got a single portion. the food is good, but this is disappointing
