After getting 3 burritos in a row that were 75% rice, I gave this chipotle one last chance and selected “light” rice, still the burrito is mostly rice and there is a massive inedible bay leaf in it. Its like they’re making them with their eyes closed. Used to be pretty good, I’ve been here probably 50 times but I’m done with it now. When I pulled up to the window I waited a couple minutes before being acknowledged and the girl just looked at me and nodded instead of asking for my name. This Chipotle is so bad i officially give up on it.

I ordered from the chipotle app to deliver cause I’ve been sick and can’t go out, this is the $30 bowl they sent me. They’re usually decent with portions when they deliver but this was insulting given I paid extra for extra protein and extra rice.

Chipotle is a chain restaurant so you’re going to get very similar food regardless of location. This visit was a little different for me, my barbacoa was served into my bowl in one large slab (not typical, usually it’s shredded) so I had to cut it into pieces as I was eating which was a little inconvenient. Definitely not a deal breaker and I could have asked them to fix it but didn’t it was just strange.
This location is very close to the university and was busy with a smaller number of seats and a lot of college kids milling about which is definitely not my vibe and I will probably seek out a different location in the future.

I and my amazing girlfriend had ordered drive thru takeout in the Chipotle app. We pulled up to the drive thru looking stupid hot . Ow ow. *Tiger roar* Anyways, when we got to the window we told the employee our order name and she looked us dead in the eyes and said “The order from an hour ago?” . Uh yeah, it was from an hour ago, because it took an hour for her to stop sneezing and open the flipping drive thru window. Geez. Our burritos were the bomb.com but you won’t ever see our hot faces there ever again. Keep on sneezing, girl. Don’t bother us no mo’. The burritos gave us explosive diarrhea. Ow ow. *Second tiger roar* Peace . Love. And only eat Chicken tinga.

I want to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I recently had at your restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the service was completely inattentive and with an attitude that gave the impression that they were doing us a favor instead of providing the service we were paying for. The staff showed little interest in serving us, with annoyed gestures and curt responses.
Furthermore, the food was disappointing: the portions were extremely small, far from what one would expect for the price you charge. To top it all off, the fresh water had virtually no flavor; it was more like colored water.
I find it unacceptable to receive such poor service. I hope this complaint is taken into account and that you work to improve both the staff’s attitude and the quality and quantity of the food. An experience like this does not make me want to return or recommend your establishment.

I always love the food. In a recent visit my card was declined and they gave me my meal free even when i realized that my card was declined because it was locked they wouldn’t allow me to pay. Very quality food also!

Honestly I go to eat here out of necessity in proximity to my job- for fresh and simple meals.
However I saw an entire grill covered in meat today… and this is the third time I’ve been in- and I was told there was no sofritas to make my order.
I think it’s hard to tell modern day restaurants that they’re doing it wrong. But there should at least be an equal amount of attention and accommodation for vegetarian options especially when it’s the only one offered among various meat/proteins. Dissatisfied walking out of this restaurant again empty handed.

This location is nice, busy, limited seats, so its very small. The staff were friendly, the service was fast, and the food was good. I have always ordered a side tortilla with my bowl and have never been charged at any other location, but they charged me a fee here. I feel like all Chipotles are skimpy with their portions but you can always ask for extra veggies. It is sort expensive though, I spent almost $30 on one meal, a side, and a drink.

Not helpful if your robot answering service can’t actually answer customer questions.
Also the owners strategy for dealing with these kinds of reviews seems to be to ask the customer to reach out to them on the chipotle website. This skirts their responsibilities to take any action about these reviews. Disappointing. Take care of your business smh.
