I feel the need to write this place a review because I’ve lived here for 6 months now and gotten Chipotle more than a couple times and these guys NEVER miss with their bowls. I get more than enough of everything and I’ve never had to do the stupid phone out thing. Just great service and people who know what they’re doing here. Love it
That being said…Bring back the Garlic guajillo steak
Edit: 5 months later…They missed. I get you’re busy at peak times and such but come on, I shouldn’t be able to see the bottom of my $15 bowl upon opening it. Also always forgetting to put the chips in the bag.

Asked for extra corn and they have me a little scoop. Lady acted like she couldn’t hear me. Also got a beer and I understand I have to drink it there but the way the lady told me was weird. Something like for the cameras we have to put on a tray so I just put my food back in a bag once I got it. Makes no sense. Whole situation was just terrible. Also they didn’t have any veggies.

To start off I had a long day at work so wanted something quick. Not one employee had a smile, when I ordered they appeared inconvenienced. I asked for melted cheese a got a small scoop for $1.70 extra meat $7.35!

Disappointed. This location is the most stingy with their meat and other ingredients compared to other stores in Cochise County and the Greater Tucson areas. You can do much better than hard rice, a sprinkle of lettuce and beans, salty chicken, and bowls half the size they once were. It’s time to break out the food scale if you are unsure of how much to give to each and every order. Customers, you can do better than this location.

I love chipotle, but my visits at this franchise are very disappointing. The workers are extremely stingy with the food; I had to ask for extra rice because it was not even a full scoop in my bowl (and they gave me the wrong kind of rice).
The chicken was maybe half a scoop; when I asked for more, I was told that they can add “1-3 pieces or they’ll have to charge for extra meat” and then continued to only grab 3 pieces of chicken with the spoon. For the price I’m paying, why are they serving food as if it’s coming out of their own paychecks? The picture shows my poorly served bowl.
Only giving 3 stars due to the food being good.

One reason I’ve looked forward to moving back to Sierra Vista is this Chipotle. Regardless of how busy it is, service is always prompt and the food is always solid. But more importantly, they’re incredibly consistent with actually labeling burritos. Great representation for the chain and highly recommend if you want a quick eat.

This location is notorious for skimping on portions. Unless you request additional toppings multiple times, be prepared for a disappointing experience. Given the prices of their products, Chipotle should be much more generous with their servings. A Chipotle burrito should not be smaller than a hot dog. A burrito bowl should not be half empty. Do better.

I like chipotle food, but this location is the worst I’ve ever been too. Whether it’s busy or not, the employees here rush and slop food together as if they were a pit crew for NASCAR. The employees come off as if you’re an inconvenience and try to rush you through the line, whether there’s a line or not. They slop the food so fast it never drains and you end up with soup in your soggy taco’s foil or burrito bowl. The food was messy, soaking wet, and soggy. I ordered a drink, burrito bowl (double meat) with caso, three tacos, and chips with caso… for over $34! Three tacos and a burrito bowl for over $34. I don’t mind paying premium prices for premium food and service, but this location is not worth the experience. Will not recommend.

Whoever is the cook on 10/13/2025 needs some training/redirection. The chicken me and my bf got was too TOO salty and for the amount of money you pay this is really disappointing. Whoever is cooking literally needs to follow whatever generic rule chipotle has for yall, like if yall wanted ur own restaurant then make that chicken salty but not mine like damn
