A TRUE WASTE OF MONEY.This was my first time in a long time.thr food was horrible. I asked the food shuffler (pr whatever they are called) if the barbacoa was spicy she didn’t know. In addition to be spicy it was tasteless, no flavor. The rice was salty . Altogether tasteless food -just spicy ignorant employees. Save your money don’t eat here

This was my first time at Chipotle. I came because of the commercials I keep seeing about the smoked brisket bowls. There were two girls at the counter. I stood there about five minutes, and neither acknowledged my presence. I went to the cashier to place an order, and she said I needed to talk to one of them. I told her I would have if they would have spoken to me. The cashier told them that one of them needed to help me. During this time, they did not even acknowledge the gentleman behind me. I did not see any of the fajita veggies that it is being advertised with. That was very disappointing. The food was ok, but it would have been better with the veggies. Bottom line, this was my first and last visit.

I love the food so much but the management is really letting the place go. There were 7 people standing around when I arrived and my order wasn’t ready. No one asked if I needed help. The soda machine syrup was out and this was the second time that happened. It turned out my food was ready but Noone put it on the rack because everyone waa standing around and some people drinking drinks where customers could see.

Made the mistake of ordered on the app. I waited 15 mins passed the pick up time with 4 other people before even being acknowledged.. After giving her my name, she gave the 3 people behind me there food, ignored me and went on to stare at the cash register.. Very strange behavior or bad training. Either or, I will be going the extra mile to not come back to this location.

I’ve been to a lot of Chipotle’s here. And this is the cheapest one that I ever went to. They skimped on everything. I barely got any rice. I barely got any meat. I barely got any toppings and I paid over $35 for 2 bowls. So I will not be going back here if I could place a picture on here, I would show you that I got half bowls on each of my 2 orders. I got half a spoon of rice.Half a spoon of meat and a handful of the toppings.Not good, I do not recommend this place

The service here is terrible! The serving sizes are small and the woman making my bowl put meat into it and started to pick items back out of it and throw it back into the meat bucket. What if someone had an allergy and you just threw meat that touched different food back into the bucket. The woman also would cut me off as I was asking for each item in the rest of my bowl “What else” “what else” before I could even finish saying the item. The staff is extremely rude here and ill never waste my money at this location ever again. Obviously no one cares to change the problem with this business sitting at a 3 star.

The food has taken a hit in the 3 months since we have been here. The counter was a total mess. The tray was set on that mess and needed to be wiped before being placed on the table. The steak burrito was very short on meat and half of it was a chewy mess that could not be eaten. Chicken was cold, carne was dry and sand and the chips were not salted. Dining room was gross and soda machine was broke. But hey, if you want poor food and service with a scowl this is the place to be.

Why in the world does the manager at this location feel like it’s appropriate to yell at staff and customers from the back of counter. I’m surprised the staff puts up with his BS!
1- Train your staff appropriately & you wouldn’t need to remake the items that were ordered!
2- Learn how to prepare the food nobody wants to eat food that is so salty it burns the inside of your mouth! 45$ absolutely wasted on horrible food that was so bad we tossed it in the trash!
3- Your job as a manager is customer service & if that’s not what you intended upon working in the establishment maybe find another place of employment that’s doesn’t require it!
I would like to thank the gentleman taking the orders this evening 10/1/2025 @5:15 for his great customer service & taking a minute to show the young lady the proper way to handle the food items you are definitely appreciated.

Awesome, awesome manager! We were about to leave because they were out of the only protein we could eat. When he saw us leaving, he asked if we were ok and when we explained, he told us to wait and fixed our meals in the take-out area as they had everything! Wonderful customer service and will be back when in the area again!

It’s a chipotle. Good food, good service, still a fast food place, the seats are fine but not the most comfortable so tables will turn over. Chipotle is a place I generally trust and this one lived up to it.
