Decided to try out the new location. Not a good look, brand new and yet everything was undeserved, very very disappointing and we will not be going back to this location. We placed our order on the app. Asked for fruit for the kids meals and got chips, the rice was crunchy, I dont understand how hard it is to follow the order requested. Will be contacting to get a refund, will update on how they handle this situation.

Done coming to this location. If you come anytime within the last two hours, they scrounge on meat so they don’t have to make more and if they run out, they refuse to make more, which makes absolutely no sense especially since they still accept online orders so if I would’ve ordered on DoorDash or online like I was going to I would’ve gotten literally like burnt ass, Carnita bits and pieces. I did not wanna spend an additional two dollars getting steak but it was all they had and I was already there and the other one is over 2 miles away, which doesn’t seem like a lot but when you get off work and you just want to get food and go home and go to sleep it’s a lot. I pulled all my toppings aside to TRY and show you the meat but still can’t really find it

Not sure why the reviews are so bad, but my experience was totally fine. I came in a little skeptical because of what I read, but they were friendly and welcomed me right away. They had just switched the meat out for a fresh batch, and the girl forgot to put the spoon in, they laughed it off. So what? They’re young kids. I didn’t see anything wrong with it.
Yeah, Chipotle used to give you more bang for your buck, but how is that any different from literally anywhere else these days? I think people should leave these kids alone. It’s not fair to rate a chain restaurant badly over portion sizes when that has nothing to do with this location and they have zero control over it. If you want to complain, go complain to the CEO.

I went in with my sister and we were served by Vanessa. She was so sweet. She gave us samples of the new carne and beef. It was delicious. She wasn’t rushing us at all, she even went as far to clean a table for us when the one we wanted to sit at was dirty. I would’ve cleaned it myself but she was so great! I highly recommend coming here. I know this location just opened but you should give that girl a raise.

After a long day we decided to grab Chipotle for dinner. Upon arrival we were immediately told that the white rice was going to take a while and that they were also working on the chicken. I appreciated them telling us right away. We decided to go with the carne asada instead. Glad we made that choice it was so good. The employees who took our orders were super friendly, quick, and gave us good portions.

This new location is awesome! The staff is amazing super friendly, you can tell they enjoy their jobs. They’re super welcoming and ready to serve their customers. So much better than the location on Bell road, where the staff is never friendly and makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing them by visiting. This new location is so refreshing! I went at 8pm on the 23rd of September and every single staff member was incredible. They deserve a raise, and acknowledgement for doing their jobs to an extremely high standard and going above and beyond. I wish I had gotten their names, but they all deserve some acknowledgement!!

You may want to avoid the new Chipotle in Surprise AZ. on Litchfield Rd. for awhile. I went today around 4:00pm to pick up an early dinner. For what ever reason we had the TV on for back round noise and I swear I saw a Chipotle ad at least four times talking about their new “limited time Carne Asada” steak. The ad did it’s job, I had to have one. Went in to the brand new store. Looked nice and pretty. Lots of employees behind the counter all busy doing something. The young lady who waited on me was very nice. She looked and acted very pleasant. Polite maybe a little new at her job. When she asked me what I’d like I said with a smile, how about that new carne asada thing I saw on tv today. Well my balloon burst into pieces when she said “We don’t have any! Then she let me know it would be at least 20 minutes to cook and put together. I could wait if I wanted too. I said no I’ll just have the steak Bowl. I stood at the COUNTER LOOKING DOWN AT THE STEAM TABLE. There was no veggies, no lettuce, barely enough steak and one other empty container. She said they had some more on the other side and ran over three times to get what i asked for. Again, she was very nice and I believe she did her best. The issue came down to who ever was in charge should not have let thing get so EMPTY. On top of it, when I got home The “hot stuff was COld” The cold stuff was warm or at best room temperature. My wife ate about half of hers and about 2/3 of mine found it’s way to the garbage disposal. Maybe give the New Chipotle in Surprise on Litchfield rd. about 6 or 8 months to figure out what they are doing before you try them.

I have gone multiple times solely for the convenience of the location. Different days, different times of the day. But every single time, without fail, they are out of something. Either they need an additional cook, or better planning. I noticed the people on the line get frustrated due to that, because then they’re dealing with the annoyed customers. Management just needs to either figure out staffing or how to better plan the availability of the cooked proteins.
