Got a burrito bowl today for lunch to eat at work, and after mixing it and already having several bites I noticed the lettuce have clumps of dirt stuck to a few pieces…lost my appetite after realizing that I probably ate some of that dirt. Do better at washing the veggies.

Maybe it’s because we decided to stop here after the first big weekend for desert rats. The place had a line full of ‘em. Probably about 15 minutes just to get to the counter.
Staff was patient and pleasant. Red Chimichurri was still wrong. Salad hit the spot today. Same underfinished cabinetry to house the Klipse speakers. I just really don’t like the underfinished look; but, thanks for giving it a try.
In, out and back in the road for the very last leg of our 7000 mile journey and we hadn’t yet had Chipotle. Got it now. ✅

I gave this a 4 star because everyone else in line realized very generous portions. I just got meat, beans, and cheese. I asked for extra beans and what they gave was ai little. My overall beans was barely enough for a single serving. I was disappointed.

I tried ordering the Wholesome Bowl, and the employee confidently insisted it didn’t exist. She refused to check, telling me that “here we only put the ingredients in front of you and you have to pick,” as if making things difficult was part of the job description. Only after I told her to ask someone else did another employee show her the actual information, meaning she could’ve solved this in two seconds if she cared to.
She came back with attitude, started making the bowl aggressively avoiding my requests. Some people turn a simple order into unnecessary drama for no reason.
I cancelled and left. The arrogance and rudeness were impressive in the worst way. If customer service is such a burden, taking it out on customers isn’t the solution.

I recently visited Chipotle in Yuma and had a great experience overall. I ordered both a burrito bowl and a burrito wrap to get a good taste of what they had to offer. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well-portioned, making it a satisfying meal.
Starting with the burrito bowl, I chose cilantro-lime rice, black beans, chicken, fajita veggies, mild salsa, corn, sour cream, and cheese. The chicken was well-seasoned and had a nice smoky flavor, while the rice and beans were cooked perfectly. The toppings were fresh, and the combination of the sweet corn salsa with the creamy sour cream and cheese made every bite delicious. The portion size was generous, and it felt like a well-balanced meal.
The burrito wrap was also great, though slightly on the heavier side. I went with barbacoa, brown rice, pinto beans, hot salsa, guacamole, and lettuce. The barbacoa was tender and packed with bold, savory flavors. The hot salsa added a nice kick without overpowering the other ingredients. The guacamole was creamy and fresh, though I did feel like they could have added a bit more. The tortilla was soft and held everything together well without falling apart.

I love the food from chipotle and honestly I always will, but the experience we had at this location was not that good. The food tasted really good but customer service is suffering.
Rude employees, dirty kitchen, and just not a pleasant experience overall. Bad attitudes and long wait times. If they were nice, the wait wouldn’t have been a problem.

I like to get a bowl to go. Here’s a little tip: they seldom ask if you want the grilled peppers and onions but you can add them to anything. It turns a bowl of rice, beans, and meat into a bowl of fajitas! Also, when there are people in line and they are working fast they won’t drain the pot liquor (it’s a thing. Google it) from the beans but if you’re taking a bowl home the cardboard can get a bit gooey so just ask and they will. On the other hand, if I’m eating right away there’s so much nutrition and flavor in the pot liquor I love it over the rice. So much good fresh food.
