I placed a pick up order at 7:17 for pick up at 7:30, when I walked in I saw the employees were already cleaning putting up most of the kitchen, they do not close until 10pm Monday nights. I placed an order for 2 bowls. My boyfriends was also messed up but I didn’t get photos of his – As you can see in the photo I ordered lettuce in my bowl and there was No lettuce in the bowl. I did NOT order veggies and there was LOTS of veggies in the bowl. I also over heard the young lady at the front tell a customer that was just walking in “ we’re all out of rice, corn and chicken, do you still want anything” the customer politely replied no thank you and walked off. I understand wanting to get everything ready to close up on time but 3 hours early?! On top of that purposely make people’s orders wrong & stop making food so people will not order?! Your team needs to do better! I expect to hear from management or I’ll definitely call myself.

It’s Chipotle, so you know what it is. They seem to be out of things frequently though. I used to get Burritos and I’m a big eater. They struggle with rolling a burrito. Would usually end up more like a ball. Found that getting a bowl is easier and just use tortillas I have at home

Food tastes good of course HOWEVER the food/service gets a low rating because the workers there will just give you attitude and tiny portions. Wife came home with a burrito that tasted like tortilla because there was barely anything in it. Called their store and got this GOD AWFUL automated system that went around in circles. Ended up having to call 4-5 times to get someone on the phone and she was a nice lady, don’t remember her name but wish I did, she was in the complaints department. Overall not a great experience, was still hungry at the end of it but HEY I got a free entree coupon out of it that’s good for 30 days!…

Great tacos. Portion size is enough plus took some home. Atmosphere is nothing special. All wooden table and 1 bench. Workers nice and Tentative. Good value for price. Items are fresh

Staff will literally just stare at you while standing in front of the register and not help you out at all after even saying excuse me no one responded back. Food portions suck for the amount you pay at chipotle do better. If I could leave zero stars I would.

It was horrible not pleasing at all. Meat was dry as heck. Cold!!! Had to pick nasty lettuce out. I never go here but seeing commercials they made it look really good. But gross. Chips sucked also surprised there still open. Don’t waste your money. And I felt bad for the girl that was up front did it all & for the guy just rang people up walk in circles in the dinningroom not even pushing in chairs in an empty building. $20 for this…. This location SUCKS! Always wrong, terrible portion sizes. I think you can count the shreds of cheese on here. This is also a double meat order. Just pathetically sad.

This review is about the location itself. I’m not sure what the issue is, if the business needs help, or what, but this place requires some tweaking. How are you out of fajita veggies at 5-6p? Then get visibly upset when I decide to change what I want because of this?! If I order fajitas, there’s a possibility I may want fajita veggies. Maybe put a sign up letting customers know it’s not available. Customer service needs work, and ensuring things are on the line for times like dinner is imperative. I’m a family of 4, so when we were ordering, it seemed like the person was getting frustrated because us to have four orders for us to make. I’m sorry, but we eat different things. The food was scarce but decent. I may have to go back to the one I usually visit.

Not the best chipotle experience for us. Out of tortillas, corn salsa, and toilet paper. Patio and interior tables were filthy. They didn’t ask for options for our children’s meals (usually drink vs milk and chips vs cutie). We were there quite a bit before close and employees/food looked like the end of the shift. Flavors were great though. Just sad some options weren’t available.
