Overall, the food was okay, but I was disappointed to find a strip of plastic in my burrito That should not happen. Additionally, the rice was hard and seemed undercooked, which affected the quality of the meal.

The food was okay. I guess…, the portion was good. This restaurant really needs to hire a cleaner, doesn’t seem like no one wants to clean the dining area, and the preparation table was scattered with food. The bathroom looks like a nightclub bathroom after closing time, and it was only 1130am. Makes me wonder if the workers even make the food preparation seriously. If I get sick, I’ll update this post.

I have dined here many times. I have noticed a sharp decline in quality. The food quality has dropped. I first noticed quality difference when ordered through their app vs Uber eats etc. if you offer food through those apps you need to give the same quality and save amount. The last time I ordered through their app and the chicken was old and many hard pieces. I was not sure which location I ordered from here or the buckeye location but I felt I should leave it at both seeing that I have had similar issues. Specifically this location the last time I was in. I came in at 4:30 after work and it was dead. I was behind an employee having another person making them dinner to go and just making a mega bowel triple protein etc. you would think they would make their own before they leave. Got to me and the chicken was tough and old not edible. I have to say the quality of chipotle has gone down hill. Their rice has especially decreases. Their used to be great citrus flavor as well as on their chips. The flavors have been bland lately with none of that flavor basically flavorless lately. Hopefully they read these reviews and go back to offering great quality food hopefully.

It’s so disappointing this is the only chipotle out here . Time after time we go here because we love chipotle… and they’re constantly out of things ! Out of guac , out of steak , out of sour cream . And the fact they dont tell you till your bowls already made and at the end of the line that they’re out of half the stuff . Get a new gm , order better .

If I could give a zero I would. They were out of brown rice with no sense of urgency to fill it. After letting several customers ahead of me while patiently waiting I asked if brown rice was available for online pickup they said yes. Instead of filling my order I had to order online. Placed my order for a veggie bowl with brown rice, beans and salsa I get one with guacamole, which im allergic too. Ask for a refund and am told no we cant do that. Finally got a refund, but the whole process, Absolutely ridiculous. Won’t be back

I’ve been here a couple of times theirs always a bunch of young kids working that are on their phones or distracted. They never have meat or queso ready and they can be very rude about it too. If I order ahead of time they always mess up my order. It’s 2:30 on a Wednesday and they didn’t have carne asada or barbacoa ready.

Very clean restaurant. Received my food pretty quick. However the food was cold, The beans tasted old and the food seemed like they had been sitting there for a long time. It would be nice if they replenished more frequently or as needed.

Just went to this location disappointed is an understatement
First time ever going to a Chipotle. And I have to say the lady making our food was hateful and seemed very irritated she was even helping us. We got a bowl and a burrito. Asked for lettuce on the burrito and even though we could clearly see lettuce she said they was out. The cashier walked up with fresh lettuce and said we have lettuce. The lady making our food huffed, rolled her eyes and added the lettuce to the burrito.
The cashier was very pleasant and she was wiping down the prep area because the rude lady was not cleaning at all and was sloppy with the way she was adding the ingredients to every order. I’m giving 2 stars because the cashier was nice to us.

Food was good. Girl on line kinda grouchy. The food line did need some cleaning as did the dining area. Manager was on register and went to clean dining area up a bit.
Update:
Was cleaner today. A bit slow, maybe new staff working. Tried the new pollo asado, seemed a bit spicier than the other meats. But not bad. Friendly staff.
Update: 9/3/2022
Walked in for dinner. Ordered the same kids build your own as always. Asked for a bit of lettuce rather than the tortillas. Looked at the reciept once I sat down. I was charged for a steak salad which is a $5 difference. I spoke with the cashier which mentioned that Angel told her to charge it as such. I told him it was not a steak salad to which he responded, “it’s because you didn’t want the tortillas”. I asked for a bit of lettuce! OMG! I thank Josh, who took care of the problem for me.

I understand you guys had a big sell and are going to be low on food but this is not the first time you guys have a big sell this should be plan ahead and order more food. I got to they chipotle 3 hours before they close and you guys had not lettuce no pico and no corn and on your online side you guys had it all why not share with the people coming in to your store . This is not the first time I’ve gone to this chipotle and be out of items . Do better . Your staff was great .
