Review is from an order I placed a week ago. Ordered my food through the Chipotle lane and was told the order was ready for pickup. Went to pick it up and got behind two other vehicles in line. Waited 20 minutes while they made the food for the other vehicles ahead of me. Ridiculous!! What is the point of ordering ahead of time just to wait 20 minutes?!?!? Get my order and get home and I’m missing queso. I know this is a new location but can you please train your staff to simply have the cars go back around or park if their orders aren’t ready. Should just be common sense.

We stopped in to place an order today. The manager was absolutely wonderful! She made sure everything was in order and even made sure what we ordered was perfect! The staff was very upbeat and did a great job! However, I forgot her name and tried calling. The Chipotle automated system was horrible!! Therefore, I hung up without being able to get her name, but I am still writing the review because they’re doing a great job!!

This location might be worse than the westgate location. Ordered a meal for 5 PM, arrived at 5:08 pm and they hadn’t made the bowl yet. Good thing because I saw several chipotle employees huddle up to see if the chicken was fully cooked or not. I decided not to get anything and left.

When I went in to get my food I got greeted by a rude worker who had hickies all over her neck. When she asked me what I wanted I told her and when she got my order wrong I told her, she rolled her eyes at me like she didn’t want to fix the food. Why would I want to come to a place like this when they hire employees who don’t ever want to be there. Horrible experience
