Service here was very disappointing. The guy gave me some other chicken other than what i asked for. They charged us for burrito when we got bowls. We had to exchange our chips as they were raw and the second packet we received was the same. The utensil section didn’t have forks either.

Went in to place a to go order of 4 bowls. 3 of the 4 came with only 1/2 serving of carne asada because the person was too lazy to turn around and grab the cut meat from behind her. I said that was fine, just fill the rest with steak. She looked at me like I was crazy and said she already gave me carne asada. I have pictures to prove it. I did not have time to wait around, and did not want to inconvenience those in line behind me. Subpar, at best.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at this Chipotle. I stood in line for about 25 minutes and then waited another 20 minutes just for two steak quesadillas — nothing else. I asked for extra cheese, and the employee spilled a large portion of it and just said “whoops” before continuing. When I politely asked for more cheese to make up for what was dropped, he seemed annoyed and huffed about it.
When the quesadillas came out, they were cut and shoved into the box so roughly that most of the slices were completely scrunched and messy. On the second quesadilla, the tortilla had stuck to the foil and instead of remaking it, the employee ripped it off and scraped everything into the container. The overall presentation and care were really disappointing.
On top of that, the staff seemed frustrated and slow-moving, which made the long wait feel even worse. I also noticed a food-handling concern — one employee with a long mustache kept touching his face and was very close to the food, which didn’t feel sanitary.
$32 for two steak quesadillas and guac should come with better service and quality than this. Really disappointing experience.

I’ve been going to this chipotle since I was 7 or 8 and have always enjoyed it, it has fluctuated in quality overtime but the last few months when I’ve gone in it’s been great. The food is always solid and the staff is pretty quick and doesn’t try to rob you with small portion sizes. Overall the appearance of the restaurant was pretty average but the food and service have been great.

Food was ok. It was cold. Not much meat added. Its not what I remembered from other stores. Usually packed tight and warm. Broke out in a rash. Next morning the rash was gone. But a tingling pain sensation remained on my tongue for 2 days during mouth wash which kills bacteria. I purchased the steak bowl.

I came in yesterday there was obviously a trainer plus plenty of staff. In and done. Today 5/17, at about 2:35, one server, 12 in line???? Lastly I asked for lettuce to cover my bowl packed full, which didn’t happen, instead the manager gives me 2 tiny cups of lettuce and 1 larger cup of lettuce. I asked about staff, he says he had 2 sicks?? FYI the line got longer and then out the door. Your reputation is better than this!

We have never had a bad experience at Chipotle! If there is a line it always moves quickly, food is always fresh and delicious and everyone that works there is very friendly and helpful! Also love the rewards program. How can you not love FREE Chipotle!

I’m a uber driver and I get there and they’re making the order and they even gave me a drink which was nice. Then they proceeded to make me wait over 15 minutes, I watched like 8 people come in and get served ahead of me including another driver. Big waste of time, I don’t understand the thought process of starting an order then letting it sit halfway through for a 1/4 of an hour.

Chipotle go back to what you used to be, the modern Chipotle is NOT what built your customer base. Sure people still flock to you but those numbers go down each year. Your prices have gotten unaffordable and quality has definitely declined. Much like everywhere else, please don’t be like everywhere else.

I don’t like to complain but it was the first time we came here to this Chipotle. It was filthy & every table was dirty. Even where they were serving it was awful. I understand about being busy but there is no excuse. We won’t be back to this Chipotle.
